I'm looking to have my old laminate pulled out and new put down on the main floor of my home; approximately 300 sq ft. Part of the floor by the stairs will need leveling for certain (it's on a downward slope), possibly other spots as well. Baseboard trim will need replacing as well. May get ceramic tile added to the half bath in the entry way as well. Would like to have the work done between July 6-22 as my family will be away and not underfoot. :)
There are 3 small bedrooms and a small hall. Laminate flooring and padding already purchased. First bedroom measures11’2”x10’10” which the carpet is already removed. Then the remaining will need carpet and baseboards removed before laying the floor. Remaining rooms measure 10’1”x9’ and other is 14’3”x10’1”. Hoping work can be done in the week following the August long weekend.
Looking for quote on installation of Bamboo hardwood floors for 200sq ft living area, the flooring has already been purchased, with underlay. Floor has been stripped down to ply wood. Will require some custom cutting for angled half wall and room has 3 air vents. 3 year old home in Kitchener. No pets. Non smoking.
Looking for a contractor to replace the laminate on my main floor entrance, kitchen, and laundry room with ceramic tile. Rec room and one bedroom needs the carpet replaced with laminate. Also looking to replace the flooring in 3 washrooms with ceramic tile.
I will supply the tiles and the laminate flooring. I am looking for a quality job and someone who can supply the grouting, adhesive, & tools. Cleanup is required.
The house is in Kitchener west and we haven't moved in yet (May 31st), so we will need you to visit and measure/quote the project on Friday May 10th between 3-4:30pm. That is our only viewing time. My apologies but we do not have the sq footage and measurements to provide you at this point.
We would like the project to start at the beginning of June.

We have a 100 year old house which has old carpeting on the main floor, we're planning on installing new hard wood but recently realized the floor seems to be sagging in the middle by possibly as much as 2 inches.
