I'm looking for a company with plumbing expertise to purchase and to install a 3 piece shower, vanity and toilet and provide all necessary plumbing for a new bathroom in the basement of my house. The house is approximately 7 years old and the bathroom has rough ins for drainage, and has already been framed. I'd also like to install a second vanity on the outside of the bathroom for the day care space in the basement. Vanities to be 2 to 3 feet wide and would need to share a drain. Bathroom is approximately 8'x12'. The house uses predominately pex tubing. There is pex tubing, hot and cold, within the ceiling joists of the bathroom
I will be doing the drywall, tile floors, electrical and small closet myself.
We need a plumber to adjust our single sink plumbing for double sinks for our new 60” bathroom vanity. We had someone organized to do it, but it hasn’t worked out and we need someone as soon as possible....this week ideally!
We would like the water pipes and drains to run behind the drywall. The vanity is here so you can see for positioning.
If you are available this week (Wednesday or Thursday) we’d love to hear from you with your quote for this work.
I’m attaching a photo of the location, and let me know if you need any more info.
Converting 2nd floor to a separate unit.
BASEMENT - Need walk in shower and drain installation as part of existing 2 piece washroom located in basement.
SECOND FLOOR - Reconfigure existing 2nd floor bathroom plumbing and drains to connect with walk in shower, stackable washer, and extend plumbing to adjacent kitchen room sink and dish washer.
plumbing in bath already existing need to move vanity rough in to side wall and add drain for shower vent pipe existing to roof but needs altered to side wall job is started floor and walls are open easy job looking for quick work done as customer is waiting. more jobs to follow continued contracts through home depot local contractor if possible
Hi! We are reno’ing our main bathroom and would like to install a 60in vanity with double sinks to replace our existing single sink vanity. The problem we are having is the placement of the pipes On the floor.
Attached is a photo of the situation below our existing vanity and what we’d like to know is...how big of a job is it to move these pipes behind the wall? And what would the potential cost of such a job be?
All the vanities we like have feet so you can see underneath. There is also the fact that it’s tricky to find a double vanity that would allow for the current placement of the pipes coming up the through the floor.
We are looking to have our kitchen plumbing rerouted. Its approxamitely 20 feet distance on an opposite wall. All the walls will be open to the studs to have access to them so we're thinking this should save cost. We want to use pex materials. Please let me know a ballpark cost, any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!
