I need insulation (roxul) and walls studded and dry walled. Close off one end of basement with the furnace as a storage room/ workshop also need the floor done with a laminate or other product once decided upon. Some plumbing may need to be re routed and some electrical. Would also like to see about getting some soffit venting for my attic and my bathroom exhaust fan exhausted properly.
The basement is about 800 square feet. It's a new house (2010). The design is one bedroom with full bathroom, recreation room and utilities room. All electrical and plumbing rough and the insulation in completed, just need drywall installation, carpet flooring, ceramic flooring in the bathroom.

Hi
I have tile that I need installed in my basement. (about a 300 square foot space). I also have a couple of walls to finish. (1-2 foot wall, 1-4 foot wall). I also want to build a bathroom down there as well with a walk in shower that is built with tile.
How much would this cost me?

Looking to fill out a home gym as one space, and a powder room as a second space. Need to finish drywalling, flooring, ceiling, move some minor electrical outlets, and some bulkheads for ductwork and the electrical panel.
We need to have the following completed inside:
-removal and replacing flooring on 2 levels of a back split
-finishing basement, - including a 3 piece bath
-painting of cupboards
-replacing of outside door
Outside:
-removal of wire fence and installing privacy fence
-laying of patio stones
-front deck with locking safety gate
-paving of the driveway
These are the larger items. We are looking for a team of people in order to complete the project in a shorter time period. I am the home owner.
Hello!
I am looking for an estimate for a basement renovation. The basement is already partially finished, but for the unfinished area I am looking to add a small and simple kitchen, along with a small bedroom. The framing has already been done, so only drywall/insulation would be needed for the bedroom. Electrical would also need to be completed. I have posted a few pictures so you know what you are working with.
If you could get back to me with a rough estimate and your availability, that would be great!
I may not be able to answer until after 5pm.
NOTE: Please call after 4:00 P.M. I have a large unfinished basement in a 3 year old home i want completed. I have completed the framing and the batchroom plumbing has been roughed in.
