I am looking for a contractor to install a small kitchen in the basement of my house. The kitchen will line only 1 wall that already has rough-ins for a sink, access to electrical for a stove and an existing vent hole (that was originally used as a dryer vent) in that particular wall. So a lot of the work is already done, I just need a contractor to install cabinetry, the sink, oven vent, electrical for oven, outlets for kitchen use and finally counter top. I have included pictures of the wall before it was drywalled as well as a rough 3D image of how I want the kitchen to look.
I already have all the necessary materials, just need someone to install them! I need two 6ft laminate countertops, a sink and faucet installed (the sink hole is not cut out yet). Also need about 20-22 square feet of backsplash tile installed (1x1 stone tile in 12" sheets).
I am looking to move my stove against an outside wall which would then need venting. It would go where the fridge currently is - I don't quite yet know where the new fridge placement would be but would also need the outlet fitted when decided. I would also need a number of outlets placed in a more convenient position, if possible.
Looking for someone to remove a small wall in our kitchen and install one pantry cabinet in it's place (we will provide the cabinet). The project will involve moving one outlet and two light switches. The wall is a small one between kitchen and dining room and architect has already confirmed it's not load bearing. As a heads up, the walls in the house are plaster and lathe.
I would like to renovate my house which include 650 square feet of existing hardwood to stain and sand ...stairs presently carpeted need hardwood, kitchen cabinets needs sanding and change of color ...upper floor need laminate approximately 900 square feet...and change of foyer and kitchen tiles of approximately 600 square feet.
I'm looking to replace my wall oven and kitchen sink/faucet.
For the wall oven, I wanted to replace this with a standing range oven with a hood. A new opening/cut out is required on the brick wall.
For kitchen sink, I needed to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. Remove also the existing garburator. I do not need a new garburator.
Let me know if anyone can help me with this and provide a quote.
Hi
I am looking for a contractor to immediately assist with removing a wall that is separating my kitchen and living and removing part of a counter and refinishing the remaining counter.
The wall may be load bearing I can't tell, which means we would need to build a pillar. There is also a double sided fireplace in the wall, which I need to have evaluate if it can be removed reasonably.
Is this something you can help with?
When can you come to view it and provide an estimate?
Thanks
Vishal
