The electric hot water tank is currently situated under the stair case and I would like to move it to the other side of the stairwell to put the stackable laundry pair under the stair case. This will involve moving electrical and plumbing. It is a very tight space and may require removal of drywall as well.

I have a gas line in my backyard that is currently pointing down. I'm installing a new deck and the gas line is currently in the way. I need someone qualified and license to come and replace the current joint that is pointing down to the ground and reverse it so that it is pointing up or sideways.
Should be a fairly simple project for someone qualified.
Please provide a rough estimate and timeline. I can provide pictures if required.
I think my standing shower tiles has some leakage that's why the water is coming down to the tv launch.
The roof has also leakage during heavy rain water comes in the same place.
The roof siding is damaged so the master bed room dry wall leaks and the water comes in.
Please give me the quote asap so that it can be fixed before winter starts.
We are looking to have the plumbing roughted in for our basement bathroom. The area is directly under the main floor bathroom and the toilet stack it right there. The ceiling is open and the copper piping for hot and cold water is also there. This is about 4 feet from hot water tank. Looking to rough in for a shower, a toilet and a vanity (sink).
We are adding a two piece bathroom to our finished basement and need a licensed and insured plumber to come and add the rough-in for the toilet and sink.
I will be setting appointments to review the setup and provide a solid quote however, rough estimates would be appreciated.
NOTE: I will only consider responses from plumbers that are licensed, insured and that have reviews here on Handy Canadian.
We'd like to replace our 3 bathroom sinks and taps (we have the taps).
We're not looking a bathroom renovation at this time so are ok w/ replacing from the builder install ... if an upgrade is workable w/o costing too much more we might be open to considering
As for our bathtub tap, there's a small leak so presume the cartridge needs to be replaced - might as well do the both ... we're unsure of the brand but FYI our home is a greenpark, built about 18 yrs ago
Lastly, the diverter needs to be replaced in our shower stall ..
I have about 1 hour of plumbing work to be done.
The last plumber I had in made a few mistakes and they need to be fixed.
The toilet flange was not put on level.
One ABS drain need to be moved 2 inches.
Two copper water lines need to be moved 2 inches.
I estimate that the work needs 2 copper 90s for the water lines, 1 abs 90 (1.5 inches) for the drain and 1 3 inch coupler for the toilet flange.
I need it done asap as the floor and walls are opened up to accommodate this.
We are looking to have a toilet replaced. The existing toilet is approximately 10 years old (with age and daily use, water flow does not seem to be as strong). We will be puchasing a dual-flush toilet from Rona or Home Depot and will provide plumbing materials needed.
It is for a full bathroom in a home that is approximately 30 years old.
We're looking for a reputable plumber who can complete this job for us on Wednesday November 7th.
I noticed today that a vent located at the side of the house looks as if it has come out from the wall and is exposing a hole in to the inside of our house. I'm not sure exactly what this if for but according to some recommendations from other contractors on this site from the Ask the Pros forum they suggested it needs to be looked at and fixed.
I've attached some pictures to show the vent. Please let me know what it is and what/if it needs to be fixed. If so, i would like to get this taken care of soon.
