Hi,
We need to replace a bathroom exhaust fan. It is a small fan, size c. 7 1/2" x 7 1/4". I have seen a Broan 50 CFM fan at Rona that would fit - it's a small bathroom, so a 50 CFM would be sufficient.
It's in a 2nd floor bathroom, and the attic is above. If you have to replace the housing, which I suspect you would, then I'm hoping you could do this without having to access the attic.
Can you give us a quote on the job?
I assume someone will come out first to look at things, but I'm wondering if the whole job could be done by this Thursday?
Thanks so much.

I am looking for some work to be done in an Oakville condo on White Oaks Blvd. There are about 20 outlets, some of them very loose that I would like replaced and about 10 or so light switched. Upon inspection we were told that two other outlets need to changed to GFCI.
Also would like some light fixtures in both bathrooms and kitchen replaced with new one.
I need someone to replace my current exhaust fan in bathroom in basement. I do not believe current fan is attached to outside. However, I need someone to check it, if not attached to outside correct and attach it. Behind bathroom wall is the driveway, therefore it can be connected to outside. Please provide the cost and date. I need it immediately.
I am the owner of my home.
1/ Install surge protector at the 200 amp panel to guard against electrical damage. 2/ Troubleshoot dimming led pot lights in family room. The lights all dim together and its not related to heavy load such as an over/stove. LIkely cause the wall switch or something at the panel. Replace that family room flip switch with a led compatible dimmer. 3/ Replace a rotary switch that controls a variable speed fireplace insert fan with a more modern solution (decor dimmer?) 4/ Replace the exterior doorbell button. The doorbell works but the button is old and sticky and often needs to be pushed several times to get it to work. I will supply the doorbell button. Quotes for this work should include the cost of the materials to be installed - other than the doorbell.

Hi there,
I'm looking to have a GFCI installed for a Sauna that we just bought. Electrical Requirements: 240 V/30 A GFCI breaker required. It's a prefab sauna, so all that will be required in the installation of the gfci and an outlet. It will be installed in our basement, between 15-25 feet away from the electrical box. Our house is 12 years old and the basement is finished.
Hi,
We are looking to replace approx 1100 sq ft of siding on an addition and also replace the eavestroughs on our entire house. There are also a couple of small areas on the original house that would require siding to match the addition and likely some facia and soffit work as well. We will likely go with vinyl siding.
Thanks,
Mervyn.
I've recently moved into a 30+ year-old townhouse in Oakville (Upper Middle/8th Line), and am looking for electrical help with:
1. Ceiling fans (2) - uninstall and re-install celing fan (one bedroom to another) and install new ceiling fan - both have remotes.
2. Change single electrical box to double box/switches - one for light and one for fan - two locations, both 2-piece bathrooms.
3. Check electrical wiring in downstairs storage room - would feel more comfortable knowing its properly capped and hazardless.
4. Replace ceiling lights in hallways (2) - - - one hallway is very high as its in stairwell.
I have 16 lamp dimmers, 21 lamp switches, 1 receptacle and 2 garage door switches need to be installed, there are no new installation required, just replace the existing switches/receptacle in our home.
Please give us the quote by send me the email, I want this to be done by next weekend at the latest.
