Hi, I have a four storey townhouse in Oakville, On with a small piece of white siding missing from the front of it. It's possible that the piece may have slipped down between the wall and the siding as I do see something up there. But it's also possible that it is completely missing. This is just one small piece of siding that needs to either be replaced or re-attached(?). I don't have a long enough ladder to do this and was wondering if someone could provide an estimate to replace this one piece or if it is still there, to re-attach the existing one.

My home in Oakville may be undergoing some renos this summer. One of the tasks at hand may be the removal of J&M siding (I think that's how it's spelled). Anyhow, it has asbestos in the siding and if we go ahead with the extension, this will need to be done. The house is approx 1100 sq feet. How much would you estimate this to cost, in addition to installing new siding that is more environmentally friendly??
We have two-storey home that was installed with Fraser Wood Siding in the Fall of 2011. There are several defective boards where knots are splitting, wood shrinkage and sap that seeping from the wood and needs replacing. We would like to get you to do a site visit to determine the amount of boards that need replacing, etc.
