We have a few touch ups required as we are preparing our house for sale. Including the following
Install 2 new exhaust fans in 2 bathrooms
Finish a little less than 20ft of baseboard trim.
Plaster a few patches in drywall
Straighten kitchen cabinet doors
Cover a gap in the kitchen between cabinets and wall
Cut and install a shelf to finish a passthrough from the kitchen.
Attach a valance in the kitchen
Reattach small laminate kitchen countertop.
Replace a bullnose on a top step.
Needs to be complete in the next week or 2 as we are posting for sale.
Stucco has cracked horizontilly along back of house approx.1-2 feet above grade..
The lower stucco area across the back of the house was replaced from the footing up to the damaged area approx.6-7 year ago and back filled..This area is in good shape but the area above the repaired area has deterioriated in the past two years with horizontal cracks the width of the house..
The project would be to remove the cracked stucco,replace any required wire, backing materail,new scratch coat,new final coat with stones to match existing..
Cleanup..
***An existing air conditioner is located in the area and will not interfere with the working area,but care must be taken not to damage existing lines or unit.
No trenching or ladders are required and work is at ground level.
Time is not crucial,and price is negotiable..
I am a licenced refrigeration mechanic and gas fitter(Retired) so have been in the trades for approximately 300 years ,but stucco is not my bag..

We are a small tech company and we recently did a DIY reno of our office space. We moved in and there are still a few finishing tasks that need doing:
- Cutting, painting and installing trim
- Installing closet door
- Installing closet shelving
- ~50sq ft click vinyl flooring
- various other
I am looking for a contractor who can hang wallpaper, paint and/or install stonework on the wall (the kind you find at Home Depot). This is for a newly built terrace home. The floorplan is available online with Minto. It is the upper unit terrace home called the Gramercy. The work per area will be as follow;
Breakfast - 14'4 x 6'4 = half wallpaper (top) and half stone (bottom)
Living room - 14'4 x 13'7 = 1 wall stone from floor to ceiling, other walls painted
Dining room - 11'0 x 9'8 = 1 wall stone (continuation of wall from living room)
Entrance into unit going up the stairs and the second set of stairs to the second floor will be painted.
