Rain shower, body shower and hand shower should be available. Access to the steam generator is a must for maintenance. Availability of replacement parts will be considered.
Plumbing will have to be done, including shut off values. Current pipes are copper.
if a prefab unit is not used, custom ceramic tiling will be used and membranes will be used.
I am the property owner.
We have a 2-piece toilet in the downstairs living area of a home that is a back split and was built in 1971. The floor area of the 2-piece toilet is approximately 12' x 8'. The 2-piece toilet was included as part of the original home design and is a finished entity. There is a plastered finish on all the walls and the ceiling. The concrete floor is covered with sheeted vinyl, and there are baseboards. There is a window 3' w x 2' h that has a finished frame. A small hall closet that protrudes into the 2-piece toilet will have to be removed. We expect the toilet bowl to be moved as well as the sink in order to locate the shower. We would like a ventilation fan to be mounted on the exterior wall where the window is located. The moist air that is collected by the ventilation fan will travel up the exterior wall in a rectangular piece of duct work that is mounted on the exterior wall and travels up the exterior wall and through the ceiling of the 15' x 15' sunroom. Being exposed to the elements, the duct work will need to be suitably capped. We are open to discussions about the quality of fitments and materials generally. We have a sum of money that we would like to spend, but it is not firm at this point.
