Small main floor bathroom off main entrance (Powder Room) to be renovated as follow:
1. Remove existing vanity, sink and taps.
2. Replace the above with owner supplied new vanity, sink and taps.
3. Existing vanity is 48 inches long by 24 inches deep. Planning on replacement vanity to be smaller at around 40 inches long by 18 inches deep.
3. Repair and or install ceramic tiling in way of the vanity area. Tiling to be owner supplied.
4. Replace existing bathroom fan. Replacement to be owner supplied.
5. Repairs to bathroom door and its frame to close properly.
I am the property owner of this property.
the house is 35yrs. old so is the bathroom. We would like it completely redone, from the studs out. new tub, tile, etc. The room is small so we won't be moving the fixures. just replacing them. There is a window in the shower stall that needs replacing as well. Ideally I'd like a smaller one surrounded by glass privacy blocks which will require cutting the openning bigger.
Hello,
I am looking to have a new shower system installed in my bathroom. I would like to install it without damaging too much of the existing tile on the wall. I'm not exactly sure if that would be possible. I have attached pictures of the new shower system, as well as pictures of the existing shower.
Is this a service that you may be able to provide?
The shower system is:click here attached.
Thanks!
Steven
