I have material - no need to include. It is 6" MDF crown moulding.
Job 1 will include approx 22 linear feet including a fireplace bumpout. There are 2 inside corners and 2 outside corners. Fireplace is tile, remainder of wall is plaster on studs. Corners may not be perfectly square!
Job 2 is approx 24 linear feet, same moulding, around a recessed ceiling octagon. Standard woodframe construction.
Hello we are looking to have some work done in our house. Firstly we'd like the fireplace surround changed. It's currently wood and we want wood but just a different design with a wood barn board beam. Also there is some rotting on the outside wood surround of our garage that we need changed.
I have a house that's about 7 years old now. We went to the company who manufactured our kitchen cabinets to see how much crown molding and valance would cost. Well their prices were off the charts. Not sure if a contractor can perfectly match our current dark brown stained cabinet colour, We have about 16 linear feet of solid maple crown molding and 16 linear feet of valance we would like to have someone stain match, provide and install.
I have included a photo pf the type of cut we are looking for. I also provided a photo or our kitchen. Our cupboards do not go right up to the ceiling.
Hi - I just moved into a house in stoney creek and have a list of projects that I need to get done. First on my list is getting a couple closets built (need walls put up and taken down). I am checking to see if you do this type of work and get an idea of cost. thanks
Once this is done I will be looking at two bathroom renovations, and getting sub flooring in basement, as well as a laundry room with cupboards, counter top built, and refacing existing fireplace and installing a gas fireplace. But need closets first, then move on to other jobs. Budget below is for the closets though expect this to be closer to 1 - 2 k not the 5 k mark.
