I have a 2250 square foot home. I did have a guy in to quote me a 2.5 tonne, Carrier comfort series (not a builder unit) central ac. 13 seer, single stage.
The unit would be installed at the right side of my house, it is a detached home. The unit on the outside is very close to the furnace inside, so you wouldn't need to make a long run. I already have a heating / cooling Honeywell tstat.
I am in Stoney Creek.
