Bathroom Size = 6.3 X 4.5 ft.
- I need a new bathtub. One that is deeper then the 1952 bathtub that's in there now.
- I need to reedo the tiles in the bathtub/shower area, and the floor.
- And whatever else comes with changing the bathtub.
- I will be keeping my sink/toilet. I wont need any electrical work.
- I will also gut the bathroom before you guys get here.
Our small bathroom needs a new bathtub with a wall covering and with a glass door, a new shower unit which would require opening up the wall in order to take out the old one and probably a sink change maybe with a new cabinet. Location: Pointe-Claire.
The house is about 30 years old. No concerns.
A complete bathroom renovation of the second story bathroom in a split level house, including removal of all existing fixtures and tiles (floor and wall). Reinsulate 1 exterior wall along side of bathtub and replace wall board. Redo plumming (water intake) running from water entrance into house through basement (unfinished) up to bathroom. No changing of pipe placement in the house or bathroom, just updating. Replace tub, toilet, sink, vanity, and pharmacy. New tile on floor, around tub (edge of tub to ceiling on 3 sides), and partially up wall behind toilet. Bathroom is original in house built in 1950's, except new floor tiles were laid over existing at some point. Original bath, toilet, vanity, pharmacy and faucets.
I am renovating my bathroom and would like a plumber to carry out the following:
- replace my alcove bathtub (like for like).
- new rough in for a double sink vanity. We are enlarging the bathroom so the sink will be moving approximately 2.5 feet back. As such the new drainage pipework will need to be extended and cross joists.
I will be renovating the rest of the bathroom myself and replacing everything. I will have the tile/gyproc removed for the bathtub area. Flooring can be cut as required.
