I liked the work GSD did. They were professional and worked hard to achieve timelines and the quality of work was excellent . I enjoyed working with all the people and they were friendly and accommodating. They got us reopened and running quickly and worked very hard to do this.

The only thing I didn't like was the time it took to complete some of the deficiencies. Although, some of the delay was from an illness that was beyond anyones control.

We had a problem with flushing our toilet and GSD Mechanical was fast and efficient. The rate was reasonable and the company went above and beyond. When I mentioned that I also had a faucet needing repair, the company didn't hesitate to fix it and repair it the same day. He got all the tools and materials he needed. Excellent service. Will be my go to company.

We met Ian / Matt during the very first phase of our process. We had received outrageous quotes for our new project of building a commercial bakery. After we met with Matt / Ian not only did they submit an extremely detailed quoted and answered every one of my questions and concerns prior to securing us a client but they started giving us ideas about the design and such. We eagerly accepted their more then reasonable quote and have never looked back. They provided AMAZING customer service, timely answered emails and text messages and never once made me feel like an nuisance. When I was extremely overwhelmed in the process they understood my brand and looked into what I was trying to portray and designed the most amazing store front. Even after the project was completed they have been there afterwards to help with any little fixes or touch-ups without hesitation or questions. I highly recommend GSD projects to anyone looking for a contractor who provides expertise and amazing customer service.

We do new builds and renovations for a variety of Franchises (restaurants). We contracted GSD to construct a new restaurant in the Winnipeg area.

It was nice to work with a company who can see issues before they cause time and cost delays. Great to work with to find a solution to the daily issues that happen when constructing or renovating.

Although this was their first project with us it will not be their last. Great communication and dedication to the project to come in on time and on budget.

The Elmwood Community Resource Centre contracted GSD Projects LTD to do interior renovation including installation of a new Universal washroom accessible. The renovation included framing, drywall of new interior walls and painting, exteriors windows replacement and, new flooring.

They were able to work within the time limits despite the overall changes in building plan given it’s an old City of Winnipeg building and working around several restrictions in addition to the lack of resources.

Throughout the project they GSD project LTS were quick to respond to questions and conducted themselves professionally.

I like my experience with them and will absolutely continue to use them for further construction projects.

The whole team at GSD project exceeded my expectations, from communication, project design, workmanship, delivery and completion i was not disappointed. My project also came in on budget which was a delight. I would strongly recommend GSD projects to my family and friends.

GSD was a refreshing change from previous contractors that we have used in the past. Joey and his crew were professional, on time, on budget and super clean. I would use them again and will be using them again.
