It sounds like you have quite a number of services all bundled up under the one term "landscaper" ...when what you might need is a general contractor that includes landscaping, deck design+build, driveway installs, masonry and turf management amongst his 'services' as part of a general contract.

Because IMO although a lot of people could offer these services individually, each one requires a specialist in his own right and someone has to coordinate the look of all of them together.

A bit like an architect compared to a builder... give us perhaps a better idea of exactly what size deck, what concrete work, what type of driveway (cement, asphalt or pavers), what landscaping are you looking for etc and we;ll be able to help you better.
