Small job, about 1/3 of the heated basement.
Drywall already up. Mud/taping only. I will provide the corner beads.
You will provide your many years expertise.
You are a perfectionist and take great pride in the quality of your work.
You have the necessary, licenses, insurance.
Prefer that you do the work yourself and not your employees or your sub-contractor.
We own a 2 bedroom apartment that had some damage from a water leak. One wall in the living room needs to be re-drywalled, taped and painted and the bathroom drywall needs to be redone completely. All of the fixtures in the bathroom are being replaced but the new tub is already in and other materials are already purchased. New plumbing rough-ins also completed. There is also a few smaller areas (doorway arch) that experienced some damage.
One bedroom in our house has what looks to be a wrinkle/plaster mishap mostly under, but around its window. I'm looking to have this corrected. I'm not sure if it needs new drywall or just sanding or what, but I'm hoping to paint this room soon and would like this fixed before I paint. The room is approximately 8'x8' with a 67.5"x37.5" window (including window frame). I'm hoping to have this done while my other half is away as a surprise. If I could get an estimate online, that would be awesome.
The room size is around 450 square feet and we are looking at needing a few things done. One is we need to take out a basement window (roughly 37 inches x 12.5 inches) and cement it up. We also have two other identical windows that we are considering lowering and making slightly larger. Additionally we need to put up dry wall and get it finished and install a door that is 36 inches wide to our laundry room.
We have some prices on what supplies should cost for new windows, doors and dry wall - we are wondering about labor.
I'm renovating a basement suite in a 1955 house, the basement is approx 730 square feet. Putting in a second bedroom and bathroom, as well as kitchen upgrades.
I'm looking for a quote on framing and drywalling the second bedroom and around the new bathroom. I will also need three doors, one for each bedroom and one for the bathroom.
If you could get back to me as soon as possible to arrange a quote that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking to have the walls and ceiling in my basement drywalled, mudded, taped and sanded.
There are four rooms for installation. Although a few of the existing walls are already drywalled, so I'll specify the wall area required for each room. All rooms need the ceilings drywalled.
The ceiling height is 7'6"
Room 1 = 14' x 12.25'
ceiling area = 171 sq.ft.
wall area = 105 sq.ft
Room 2 = 14' x 16.7'
ceiling area = 234 sq.ft.
wall area = 460 sq.ft
Room 3 = 14' x 8.75'
ceiling area = 122 sq.ft.
wall area = 236 sq.ft
Room 4 = 14' x 12.25'
ceiling area = 171 sq.ft.
wall area = 92 sq.ft
Two rooms have closets that the wall area was not included in above numbers.
Please specific the material cost and labor cost separately.

An established Modular building company is interested in a crew to Board, mud and tape our Seacan Housing Project as well as other Modular Projects we are building. The Seacan units are Trim less and therefore experience with such projects would be crucial. We would want punctual hard working crews that can get the job done in reasonable, predetermined timelines.
Our shop is located in Nisku and all the work would be in our shop. PPE requirements would also be very important as well as predetermined.

By the beginning of December I'm looking to have drywalling complete for about 160 linear feet of wall (8' and 9' heights) on two 14'x14' room ceilings. It is a new 2 level additon, with added dining room, re-done kitchen, and then bedroom and ensuite on second floor. (See attached blueprint). I'm seeking work for vapour-barrier, drywall install, tapping, mudding and finishing.
Please let me know if you are interested in this work.
Thanks,

We're building a house in northeast Edmonton and we are at the stage that I need a drywaller to complete the drywall installation as well as the tapping and mudding. Also would like someone for the ceiling texturing. The insulation will be spray foam for the most part bu the attic will have blown in cellulose so if you can do that...bonus. The house is approx 2250sq ft and also has a triple car garage and the basement will be finished as well.
I need to drywall my basement.
All walls and one bulkhead are already framed, electrical is in and passed inspection, so now I need it finished to primer & paint-ready condition and I'm looking for it to start ASAP.
540 sq.ft of wall and about 307 sq.ft of ceiling - see attached diagram.
I am looking for estimates. I would also be interested in the additional cost of soundproofing if I decide to go that route.
I have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room in the basement that are framed, insulated and wired. I need the walls drywalled. The ceiling and one wall were done by us but we just don't have the time to finish the walls. We have a lot of the drywall sheets already but would likely need a few more.
I am in the process of removing wallpaper from this mid 70's 4-level split home. In most areas, the wallpaper was hung right on the drywall, so in removing it, the paper has torn from the face of the drywall. In other areas, where it seems to have been painted, the paint has come off on the drywall leaving some paint on the skim coat. But it came off in little pieces so it's not smooth.
I'm wondering whether it's worth it to repair existing drywall, or replace it. In some areas, it's clear it should be replaced as more than 50% of the drywall is torn.
I would like the drywall paint ready, whether it's repaired or replaced, so install/tape/mud/skim coat, or repair/prep existing drywall for paint.
I have no idea how much it would cost, so budget is unknown at this time. I need an honest, professional opinion on what the best option is.
Not sure how best to describe the extent of the work. I can provide pics, if it will help.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my project!! You may save a suicide!!!!

I am looking for a Texture company to do california knockdown on one of my small room in basement. The total ceiling sq footage is around 120 sq ft. It should match existing texture and I expect the company to do this job with big machine not the small one. Previous owner to our home hacked at the drywall presumably to fit his tv. Have rebuilt the arch, need help with drywall (arch, bullnose). Some minor repairs around the house could be tackled while here. Will need paint once drywall is complete, by same or different contractor
i have a 3 year old house that will soon need to have the basement drywalled, mudded, taped, and basically just have it ready for paint (which i'll be doing).
i've measured the entire square footage of the basement walls and ceilings. it will require apprx 42-45 sheets of normal drywall and some greenboard for a 5x8 washroom (apprx 5 to 6 sheets i'm guessing).
i'm wondering if anyone can come give me a quote (either in person or via email) so i can get the ball rolling.
please and thanks a bunch
