Hi I need a fence built in the back yard, including the teardown of the old fence. Old fence is not elaborate and is easy to tear down. The total linear feet of fence to be built is 125 feet. The deck will be approximately 20 by 20 and 10 inches high built partially of cement pad and partially over grass. I can send pictures if you like.
I want to turn a section of a 4 feet high chain link fence into a 6 feet privacy fence with vinyl slats. The part I want to extend would be 66 feet in length or possibly 80 feet in length. It is just a straight section. Is it possible to add a 2 foot high extension onto the existing fence and if so how much would be the cost?
I have an existing deck that I need replaced. We're not looking for anything fancy on the deck (it's about 16' x 10') rectangle. I'd like for the deck to be extended slightly in one corner to wrap around a bay window but not if it costs significantly more. We'd have some railings and stairs.
Also, the fence I share with my neighbour may need replacing (it's about 56 feet long) and we're thinking of using cedar, but would potentially salvage the posts as they were originally built with cedar.
Hi. I"m looking for a reliable contractor to take on about 10 wood fences for me this season. I'm looking for another contractor to take on about 20 decks. If you'd only like to take on 10 decks, I can give 10 to two contractors. Good workmanship and warranty a must. Must also be bondable. Please reply stating price per sq' for decks and if that includes handrail and stairs. Also price/' for fence projects and cost of any extras such as gates and whether this price includes post holes and setting posts.
72 ft fence (no gate) to divide property line
pressure treated wood
9- 4x6 posts (8 feet in between each post)
Posts 3 feet deep with cement filing
2x6 boards for in between and top and bottom (so it looks the same on each side) boards to be tight together (no spaces).
Please can all quotes be submitted on company letter head and emailed.
I have an existing fence of which I want to take down, replace 4" post with 6" post. Pressure treated. I need a quote for someone to remove and replace. I've heard mixed comments on using cement. These posts aren't cemented in. I will be doing the rest of the project once the posts are in.
What I need is a strip of fence in my yard one piece between the existing fence and the garage, and three gates.
My neighbor next to me will be sharing my strip of fence as well as his own gates and he will be sharing his other strip of fence with the other neighbor on the other side.
I need general quotes for price per $/foot price on gates,
if you use screws or nails
if you concrete the posts in.
As getting a fence in before the ground freezes is my biggest priority right now.
email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to quote on the project.
Remove existing fence and posts. Supply and Install new wooden fence (with blended, concealed gate) to match neighbours (including stain). 6 foot high fence, 148 feet in length (includes length of concealed fence). The fence to be replaced is white. Existing concealed gate is located in the far right corner by the white arbour.
I am the owner of the property.
We need a new fence 30ft long and a small bit (8ft wide by5ft) of yard graded properly and landscaping advice (we can do some of this ourselves, we just need advice on what would offer good drainage with low maintenance). There is also a section of 2 by 4 and the corresponding drywall on the inside of the furnace room, which is outside our condo, this has rotted and needs to be replaced. The type of fence we want is a low maintenance type but it has to be a color match of the existing fence- dark green. We own the condo but the project is our responsibility. Is this something that one company can do quickly and at a reasonable cost?
So I'm looking to get a deck 24'L x 8'W and another little one 6'L x 3'W they are both 2 foot off the ground with 4 tread steps coming off each one.
I also need a fence 23' 6"L x 6'H and another fence 8'L x 6'H both fences need your standard gate in each one ill take care of the order of the material.
I just need a solid price on the framing of the deck oh yes ledger board is in with drip cap and piles are already in as well.
Fence as per community architectural guidelines:
6X1 rough sawn spruce fence boards.
2 fence rails (2X6 S4S spruce on one side and 1X6 S4S spruce on the other).
Approximate length: 45.27 feet at the back, 60 feet one side only (other side already done by neighbor).
Would also like a quote for a basic deck if offering fence and deck package.
I need a fence gate installed on an existing fence. The gate needs to be approx 3.5 feet wide and 6 feet high. There is currently one existing, well anchored fence post, which is heavy duty aluminum/metal with the hinges already on it...the gate that was there was removed to have siding put on and the contractor never replaced the gate. I would like to get this completed as soon as possible, and there is a possiblility of retaining the installer to complete an entire new fence before next fall as i will be needing a new fence, but right now the priority is the gate.
I need approx 245' of wooden fence to install. There is an old fence that we will remove prior to the work starting.
I would like to have 5 gates (2 wide ones open up to a parking area).
6' full privacy or with slats on top.
I have one quote with 4x6 posts, 1x6 fencing sandwiched between 4@ 1x6 top and bottom.
optionally I have a cement pad in the back to remove... please let me know if you can do this and how much extra it would be.

I'm replacing a fence and need 26 to 30 fence posts installed,
Minimum reqs: 4x4 pressure treated, 6 feet above ground at least, concreted in.
I'd had a contractor lined up to install these but he flaked out, so now I have everything else lined up and would like someone ASAP. Please provide the earliest date you'd be available to come and install the posts. The One-Call is complete and flags are in place. The old fence has been removed, included all posts.
I need to build a fence on one side of my house. I only need the posts to be installed and I will do the fence my self.
I need about 13 to 15 posts to be installed. Preferred post size 6x4x10 feet and the hole need to be at least 3 feet. Preferred post material is pressure treated lumber, the holes be filled with cement.
I am the property owner.
we're looking for installation of approx 40 fence posts (6x6 pressure treated wood) around our property in NE edmonton (Brintnell subdivision). depending on price, both neighbors may be on board to have their posts installed at the same time.
please provide an online estimate (price per post would be great) and i will contact you to set up a time for you to come out to measure later.
We are looking for 3 fence posts to be topped. It's a small job but we're thinking it would be a quick easy job. Our house is in Donsdale so if you're in the area it could be a quick job for you. If you are interested please reply and if you could provide a quote that would be awesome.
We need to rebuild our existing wood fence on one side of the house, bordering neighbour's house. Three wooden posts need to be moved closer to the house and garage to close a gap. Two new posts need to be put in. The yard has to be completely dog proofed. The boards need to be moved down closer to the ground; there's a 6 inch gap currently. The gates need to be rebuilt and previous owners didn't do a very good job. The yard needs to be closed off with fencing on lane side.
We want to reuse as much of the current pressure treated wood, but some new boards will be needed.
We are mainly looking for a professional's help because of the posts, which are difficult to remove without machinery.
both fences on either side of my home need to be repaired . This will most likely take tearing down existing boards, -redoing the post & holes, laying new bottom base boards and then reattaching the existing boards that are salvagable. sizes of each side is about (guessing) 75 feet. I would also like a quote for building a new fence with a gate to enclose my back yard . this would be a relatively small fence job. an L shape with the long side of about 10 feet -which would include the gate. and the short side about 4 to 5 feet.
