We had a friend (certified as a gasfitter and plumber) convert a shelving nook in our master suite walk-in closet into a space for a stacking washer and dryer and are not happy with the work he did. Everything but electrical is installed but is poorly located within the space. We would need someone to move the gas, water, and drain lines to the wall at the back of the nook, and install the electrical. Ideally we would also like a tray and drain installed in the floor (which opens to the garage). We are the new owners of this home and would be looking to do this work in August or September, if possible.
Well established General Contractor seeking a new Sub-Contractor plumber for my remodels as mine has retired. Not looking for side job guys, you must have a licensed and insured business & WCB "Must be able to pull permits", gasfitter ticket as well an asset, do not reply if you can't pull permits yourself. No commercial or development plumbers please, you must have extensive experience with residential remodeling work. I pay $1,600 labor for basic residential 3 pce. rough-ins (these typically average 2 days or less). I pay $80/hr for any installs. New installs only, I do not take repair jobs. I assume all liabilities & will do all concrete/digging work if required. I can assist as helper if needed. I supply all materials or reimburse you for yours. All fixtures are supplied by myself. You are paid immediate or passed inspection as per. Semi/retired trades and women are encouraged as long as you can still pull permits
(Prefer replies and your info sent via my website contact page)
Thank-you
