I require an estimate for vinyl cladding for all the wood windows in a 1500 sq ft side-by-side duplex, colour white, built in 1988-89. The exterior wood trim and caulking is in reasonable shape and would probably require only some sanding in some places by way of remediation before installation. The next-door neigbour had their identical unit done several years ago, and the installation presented no problems. There is an outside door, double garage doors, patio door, plus an awning window, several crank-outs and several fixed windows.
Thank you.
We have a condo complex consisting of 50 units build in the mid seventies. Above and bellow each windows there is a 6-8 inch wide 1/2" plywood plate covering the width of the window. They are painted. Some of these plates are deteriated and allowing moister into the walls causing problems.
We need an inspection and a quote for changing all these plates on each window on every condo.

I have 24 windows with exterior wood trim that I would like to have covered with vinyl or aluminum cladding. The windows are of varying sizes, styles and types (fixed, casement, sliding, patio door, etc.), but all are original windows in a house built in 1988. The windows do not need replacement; all I want is for the exterior wood trim to clad in a maintenance-free material. The Double Snap Trim product at www.doublesnaptrim.com is an example of what I am looking for, but I am not wedded to that particular product.
The windows' trim is currently long overdue for scraping and painting. If the cladding product requires adhesive attachment, there may be preliminary remediation required. Also, I will need to know whether this project can proceed soon enough to scrape and paint all the windows this summer if cladding is not within my budget.
I don't have a set budget for the project, but if it proves too expensive I may not proceed at this time. That said, this is a serious request for proposals/estimates.

We are looking for a qualified contractor to provide services for us. We need the sides, back and addition of a 1970’s house in south central Edmonton to be fitted with vinyl siding. The house is stuccoed, which will either need removal or covered with foam insulation.
In addition, we will require new windows for the upstairs, and a new patio door installed in an addition. The addition currently has a wall with windows and a standard door that will need to b removed for the patio door installation.
1974 old home needs 2 basement windows ASAP!
You would have to cut through concrete foundation to create the windows. Most likely, you'll need to add window wells, too. Basement windows are needed as soon as possible under limited budget. If you're up to the challenge, please contact me soon. Depending on this project's outcome, future projects might be contracted as well.
We just purchased a new (built in 2013) home, and would like to get a door installed on a room in the basement that currently has no door. That room is being used by the current owners as a gym, and we want to turn it into a bedroom, so it needs a door (or doors). The opening to this room looks to be about 9 ft wide by 8 ft tall (going off of realtor's photos - we won't be able to take measurements until we move in). We think two pre-hung, solid core doors might be the best solution. The doors would need to match the style of door already used in the house. (There is one "barn" door used upstairs, but we think a barn door here would be very heavy?) The home is a walkout style so this room can be accessed without going through the interior. I've attached photos for reference, including one showing the style of door used for the bedrooms and closets. We have guests coming Sept 21, 2022, and we move into this house Sept 1st, so that's 3 weeks to get the job done. We've never had a project like this done before so unsure about costs. Interested in quotes and any recommendations. Thank you. Peter.
We are looking to install a new door in the second floor landing of our office stairwell in order to access the roof of our warehouse.
The wall is a fire wall, so it is of cinder block construction, with steel cladding on the outside and drywall on the inside.
Please contact me if you are interested in having a look at the facility in order to provide a quote.
I've purchased two prehung exterior doors and screen doors. i need someone to install the doors, hardware and replace the trim.
I also need to replace a hollow interior door. I've purchased the replacement door; it's identical to the original (the original was installed last year).

I am looking to get a larger door installed between my showroom and warehouse. We are looking for two 32" wide doors installed. The area you will be working on is just a dividing wall built between two areas. It has drywall on one side of the wall and framing on the other.
We are a tenant however we are only altering things we built in here.
I am renovating my top floor 1100 Sq foot house. I have 7 doors to be installed & cases (7 feet) and 400 feet of Baseboard to be installed, standard bedrooms and living room everything is sqaure or rectangular.
I also would like to add crown into my bedroom 12 x 14.
Looking ASAP. I have the material.
Replace a eight windows in my home. Two Kitchen windows (one approximately 46" wide x 37.5" tall; and one approximately 70" wide x 45.5" tall), three bedroom windows (one approximately 69.5" wide x 41" tall; and the other two are approximately 57.5" wide x 41.5" tall), and three small basement windows (all 13.5in x 38in).
This is an older mobile home. There are several problem areas that have been identified with water penetration problems. There are also 5 windows that will be replaced as part of this repair. There is water penetration to the interior walls and it would not be a surprise to find mold. We need someone to repair the damage and install new windows.
Better Business Bureau members respond only.
Thank You.
We have four basement windows that need replaced as they are very old and not secure. They need to be to code, but we would like to keep the size the same if possible as we do not want to cut into the cement foundation.
Our bedroom upstairs has two large windows that I would also like to update and I would like them to still be able to be opened.
Our biggest hope is to have these windows replaced with more energy efficient ones to save on our heating in the winter.
Please contact via email. Thank you!
I know this is a ridiculously small project, but I don't have the tools . . .
I had a solid fir door (was an outside door and is really old). It is 1/8th of an inch too wide for the doorframe. I need the door planed and then hung (because I am really bad at hanging doors.
