I have a tub that has a tiles on the side of it where the tub skirt would be and due to water damage in the bathroom the walls have to be taken down to the studs and all the tiles removed and we want a new tub put in without the tiles. The tub replacement is beyond the scope of our handyman that'll be doing the wall and wall tile replacement so we need someone that can just change the tub and do the plumbing for the new tub. We'll be picking up the tub ourselves, just a standard deep tub.
One bathroom: install fan; exchange vanity from one sink to two sinks; move the wall beside the tub, relocated drain and shower valve; change tub to shower and tub combination; tile to walls and floor; exchange toilet; install heat floor and heat controller, install one more light.
Another bathroom: install fan, exchange vanity, remove shower wall to accommodate larger shower, smaller closet; install shower glass, shower head, shower valve and drain; tile to wall, shower base and floor; install heated mat and controller.
Main shower on second floor shows signs of leaking. Creaky floors around the shower, stains on the ceiling below the shower, etc. The previous home owner actually did some fixing via through the ceiling below and its left an repair mark on the ceiling.
I need the tile removed from the shower, the area fixed from any water damage that may have occurred, and then the shower installed/re-tiled again. Also, I would like the ceiling below (main floor) to be taken down, fix any water damage that might have occurred from that point, and then put back up.
I welcome inspections so as to make sure the entire job gets done correctly.
