24Ten Renovations

Jason and his team at 24-Ten Renovations took on our first ever major home renovation to update and convert the main floor of a traditional 1960's home into a more modern open living space. Jason took down walls, replaced flooring, replaced an old wood fireplace, smoothed ceilings and installed recessed lighting and more! Jason was dedicated, conscientious, patient, efficient and remembered every detail from planning to finish! Jason took extra care to make sure we met our deadline and stayed on budget. We have heard of nightmare contractors who run over time, over budget and disappear, but Jason is not one of them! He and is team made us feel taken care of and saw to every detail. His design team gave us ideas that we never would have come up with on our own. Jason even had the home professionally cleaned after the renovation was complete so it was move-in ready! Jason was excellent at communicating: not too much and not to little! We felt involved at every stage but Jason always had the master plan in mind and every step meticulously planned out in reaching the goal. For any hiccup Jason had a solution and strategy! We love our renovation and the home that Jason created for us. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough! If you need something done, call Jason! We are already planning on our next projects for Jason to do!

I was very pleased with the overall job that Jason did with our renovation project. He put in new floors (tile and hardwood) on our main floor and resurfaced our upper level hardwood. He renovated 2 of the existing washrooms, created a 3rd and completed a kitchen renovation (which included removing a wall and adding a structural beam).

What I found great about Jason was that if something wasn't done up to standard he would correct it. Near the end of the project, we experienced problems with one of subcontracted painters but Jason and his team were at the house late into the evening correcting the job and making sure the timeline wasn't disrupted.

I highly recommend using his services.

Posting this review to comment on the quality of the work completed on one of our retrofit projects for a long term client. Jason and his team were contracted to supply and install wall & floor tiles as well as patch hardwood flooring throughout. The team at 24Ten was attentive to details and provided professional services from the the moment we received the estimate to the completion of the work. Work was completed on time and changes to the scope were priced fairly. Area of work was kept clean! Overall good work on this project.

I was recommended 24Ten through a co-worker when I purchased my house and I have to say that I am so pleased with the results! I would highly recommend them for any renovation project! When I moved into my house the kitchen was in desperate need of a facelift. It was dark, outdated and not at all what I wanted from the space. Jason took on my project and in about a month had turned my kitchen into a room that I am no longer embarrassed to show but rather show off to guests with pride.

I really enjoyed with with Jason and his crew. The personalized service you get with a small company just can’t be beat. They were on time and on budget and the final results prompted me to turn around and add a second job. I don’t give 5/5 because nobody’s perfect so the 4/5’s speak volumes.
