My experience with JT from A to Z Painting has been nothing short of disappointing. JT demonstrated a complete lack of consideration for my time, money, and property throughout the entire painting process. Punctuality appears to be an alien concept to him, as he was consistently late and attributing it to traffic, displaying a lack of accountability.
The disregard for my property was evident as paint splatter left a trail of destruction on the floors (both carpet and tile) light fixtures, towel holder, bathtub, counters, cabinet and faucets. While JT offered to clean up the mess, the delayed arrival for this cleanup, combined with his initial tardiness, made it clear that precision and professionalism were not his priorities.
Even more concerning was JT's knowledge that the unit was being prepped for listing, making the need for precision and professionalism paramount. Unfortunately, his negligence not only compromised the quality of the work but left an unnecessary mess for me to rectify. The paint couldn't be completely removed from fixtures and carpets, which will inevitably reduce the sale price, rendering the entire painting endeavor pointless.
The inadequacies in JT's work became even more apparent with missed spots and a ceiling area that required additional visits for touch-ups. Each return visit not only wasted more of my time but highlighted his failure to clean up after himself properly.
To exacerbate matters, when JT was once again late to pick up the keys for cleaning, he reached out to my step-dad, who had initially recommended him. I'm puzzled why he involved my step-dad in this situation, considering I'm the one footing the bill for his services.
In conclusion, prospective customers should be wary of his lack of professionalism, accountability, and consideration for both time and property. Buyer beware – this experience has left me with a diminished property value and a considerable amount of unnecessary stress.

JT recently painted my deck. He gave me an excellent quote (which is what the actual cost was!) did a great job of painting the deck. He repaired a few issues and replace a couple of boards. The paint job was great! JT was friendly and explained everything ver well.
I will definitely call him when I next need any painting done!!
