The work done by A&G Construction on two separate occasions was very professional and done on a timely basis. Adrian and his crew worked longer hours to ensure the work was completed as promised. There was no lack of communication so I informed at all times as to how the job was progressing. Working full time I trusted A&G to get the job done without me being around all the time.

Adrian and his crew were very professional and completed our deck and fence removal and installation in a very reasonable time frame. The materials and craftmanship were of very high quality, with nice finishing details and style. He built what we wanted to our specifications, and it was solidly built. I would highly recommend his company and will be hiring them again in the near future.

A & G West Construction Ltd / Adrian did an excellent work , very courteous to retail tenants , always available 24/7 to answer any questions / issues - even provided his contact number to all tenants for emergency , keep the premises clean all the time , did much much extra works which not included in the quotation of the job , willing to work after hours ( late night after 11 pm and early morning prior to 8 am ) , incredible parts & labour warranty period and excellent follow-up a few months after the job was done !

I had excellent reno from Adrian and his team. I was very happy with the results. All my friends who saw the work done said it was very good. I especially loved the new bathroom - There was structural changes and plumbing moved and Adrian and his team handled them well. Adrian was very efficient, courteous and did excellent work so were all the tradespeople that he brought in. He also finished the work in a timely manner and quoted a reasonable price for the job. My next reno job will be handled by Adrian!

Adrian and his team did an amazing job with our bathroom renovations. When we first bought the apartment unit, there were known issues in the 2 bathrooms and we knew we had to pretty much gut them.

As this was our first ever reno, we depended heavily on Adrian's advice on many of our decisions. He always gave great advice, including letting us know when we could do better on some of the pricing of materials we picked. He also let us know of additional little things that we could change that made a huge difference to how the bathrooms feel.

There was alot of attention to detail and Adrian did a walkthrough with us in the end to make sure we were happy with everything. The bathrooms turned out so incredibly well and are the envy of guests that visit.

I'm a property manager, dealing with dozens of contractors. I don't write reviews often (maybe 3 in my life) because I'm extremely difficult to be impressed.

In May I had a renovation done in my living room by A&G West Construction Ltd. Adrian and his team did a fantastic job. I had Adrian and his team from A&G West, laying down the floor, framing and drywalling my garage, drywalling 2 hallways and interior painting for all the house. He also replaced all the windows and doors for me and renovated all my 3 bathrooms.

I still need some exterior work as I'm not done yet, but I know for sure that I don't want to use other contractor than Adrian and his team.

We asked Adrian to install laminate flooring in the basement suite of our home and provided the timeframe we needed it completed within. Adrian provided us with an estimate after visiting the suite and was well within our budget, compared to 4 other contractors we had invited to provide estimates. The work was done within a few days (unlike others who said it would take around 2 weeks), was exactly what was expected, and within the estimate quoted. There were no surprises. The work was done beautifully and we would recommend this company to all of our friends and colleagues. We will be inviting him back for future reno projects without hesitation!

The council for a Coquitlam condominium hired Adrian and his crew in early summer of 2012. His estimate was very fair and Adrian and his crew show high standards in their work ethics, timeliness and results. They regrouted and sealed the shower stall in a unit, resurfaced the counter top and sink combination and replaced broken tiles in the foyer of the building. His team were courteous and the bathroom looked like new when they were finished. The tile replacement fit in perfectly with the older tiles. I would strongly recommend Adrian and A & G Construction Ltd. I plan to use his company again for another upcoming project.

We worked with Adrian for the renovation of our bathrooms in 2012. I can recommend him highly and without any reservation. Adrian is going to be our first choice for future projects. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the cost of our project and he managed the sub-contractors well. The job was done with care and precision. Throughout the renovation, Adrian proved to be a very knowledgeable professional, able to find solutions for many unforeseen problems. He is also extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. The only complexity in working with Adrian is that, as he himself will tell you, good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist, but the outcome is well worth waiting for.

We hired A & G West Construction to do a small job of fitting & hanging our Bifold doors. We wanted to modify a few of the doors & Adrian was knowledgeable in how to do this.

He listened to what we wanted to do & came up with solutions on how to accomplish it.

We have used A & G on two occasions now, firstly for a front entry replacement, and secondly, to build a large deck with railings. Both projects were carried out with care and attention to detail and the results were most satisfactory and on budget. Adrian and his team were always polite and cheerful and took great in cleaning up. We would highly recommend this company.

These gentlemen are a friendly efficient team with honest and fair pricing. They were able to finish our project of painting 3 rooms, crown moulding in 2 rooms, installing a door, and building some simple shelving with in 3 days. If you unsure, I'd suggest contacting them for an estimate - once you meet these fellows, you'll likely book them in for your job.

They retiled our bathroom floor on very short notice and within budget. We relocated and had to sell our Vancouver home, so were doing some up-grades. Unbeknown to us our contractor became seriously ill in the midst of his work, and was unable to complete the job. My daughter returned in January 2012 to complete the project, and needed skilled workmen who were able to respond quickly. George and Adrian gave us a very reasonable estimate, showed up on time, and completed the job efficiently and professionally (unlike a few other contractors). They even came out on a Saturday. After dismal experiences with three other contractors, they were truly God-sent! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I recently had a very pleasant experience, I hired A & G Construct to do the renovation in our apartment, let me tell you it's long time since we have seen professional as Mr. Adrian and George they did a great job installing new floors, new basebords, our apartment has a complicated geometry aprox1200 square feet but that was not a problem for them, they finished in two days but not at the expense of quality, attention to detail was unprecedented for me, being very picky by nature also the price was fair. Other contractors with whom I spoke said that work is very complicated and takes five days to complete, cost estimates could also be overcome.

These guys don't just say that they are going to do your job, they actually DO IT and DO IT EXTREMELY WELL!! I cannot say enough, worth every penny you pay!! They can turn your pigsty into a PALACE!!
