A&G West Construction LTD provided us with new wooden flooring all throughout our newly purchased apartment, baseboard heaters were relocated to more convenient areas, and a fresh coat of paint on all the walls.

The apartment had carpet in the bedrooms and a laminate floor in the living room that was clearly lacking in quality by the previous owner's contractor as it was squeaky and uneven. A&G broke out the floor and evened the surface and replaced it with materials you could clearly tell were of better quality as was the workmanship. The speed at which this job was done was also very appreciated as it never dragged and we didn't have to live prolonged in a dusty construction zone or vacate our apartment for an unknown amount of time.

Very pleased with these guys. Friendly, no hidden costs, and on schedule.

Again I'm so pleased with the outcome. The crew did such a wonderful job. The price was decent for the job done.

I had trouble to decide the color of the finished grout that should go best with both wall and floor tiles. Mr. Adrian took all the time patiently to make sure I am happy with the final choice. He even took small samples of tiles and tried different combinations in order to find the best match. I felt bad that we had to delay the reno for two days because of my indecisiveness.

If you want quality along the way then Mr. Adrian and his crew is the one you are looking for.

I can not say how much I appreciate the job that was done by A&G West Construction LTD. I am absolutely satisfied. Adrian contacted me and delivered a fair quote for the complete removal of my old deck and he replaced it with a wonderful new one. Along the way, he managed every challenge that came up (you never know what you will find when you renovate). The work was completed neatly, at little or no annoyance to myself or neighbours, the work-site was always tidy and in the end, we have a perfect deck. I am looking forward to spending time relaxing on my new deck.

Mr. Adrian did my very upstairs bathroom renovation. He and his crew did a lot of "cardio" for about 2 weeks and a half. They worked very clean and efficient. Mr. Adrian came with lots of ideas how to accustom my storage needs. He has lot of patience when he went shopping with me to choose the cabinets because I am indecisive when I cannot see exactly how it looks like until it's done. He is very trustworthy person and very reliable too. I would always go by his suggestions and ideas. The tile person who is working with is a very professional one too. I was very impressed with the results and so were lots of people who saw my bathroom done. The last but not the least he did everything for a very good price. I am planning to hire him again to do my kitchen too.

Adrian did both our main and ensuite bathrooms. He did a complete renovation. We are very happy with the result. We would call him for any future renovations.

The work done by A&G Construction on two separate occasions was very professional and done on a timely basis. Adrian and his crew worked longer hours to ensure the work was completed as promised. There was no lack of communication so I informed at all times as to how the job was progressing. Working full time I trusted A&G to get the job done without me being around all the time.

Adrian and his crew were very professional and completed our deck and fence removal and installation in a very reasonable time frame. The materials and craftmanship were of very high quality, with nice finishing details and style. He built what we wanted to our specifications, and it was solidly built. I would highly recommend his company and will be hiring them again in the near future.

We're so happy with our new bathroom! I would definitely recommend Adrian. He is extremely reliable, responsive, trustworthy and hard-working. We will definitely seek his service again in the near future.

A & G West Construction Ltd / Adrian did an excellent work , very courteous to retail tenants , always available 24/7 to answer any questions / issues - even provided his contact number to all tenants for emergency , keep the premises clean all the time , did much much extra works which not included in the quotation of the job , willing to work after hours ( late night after 11 pm and early morning prior to 8 am ) , incredible parts & labour warranty period and excellent follow-up a few months after the job was done !
