I highly recommend Aaron at ADK construction. We purchased both sides of a semi detached house as a rental property. He did a full interior house renovation for us on these rental units - bathroom (gutted right to the studs!), flooring, interior and exterior doors, trim, basement concrete work, moving laundry facilities, painting and more. He worked in an extremely timely and professional manner, happily accommodating other contractors we had doing work on the facility at the same time. Every time we have new tenants move in they comment on how lovely the space is and that it is high quality compared to many other rentals. Thank you ADK for your fantastic workmanship!
