Alex and his team did a full condo reno for me in 2021.

The job included, among other things, a full kitchen upgrade, bathroom refit, new flooring, popcorn ceiling removal as well as trim and doors. It was further complicated by the need to redo the flooring layout within the constraints of a small condo.

Alex and his team handled the job perfectly. The work was done swiftly and on time. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the work. His attention to details is superb. I especially like the way Alex finished the door trim -- it looks expensive without the added cost. His subcontractors delivered the same high quality as his team did. Alex's communication during the project was outstanding.

The small Toronto condo has been completely transformed from a dingy '80 carpet and beige walls to a modern looking one. Living space has been significantly increased due to a couple of simple layout changes. Same goes for in-unit storage space. Alex's creative thinking allowed us to save money on custom closets and cabinets and use ready made ones instead.
