Hi everyone, I have commercial project coming up soon, need most recent pricing in Toronto area if you do not mind, please, I thank you all in advance for your time to respond.
Commercial offices, walls height 12-16 ft, wall's size 7180 sq ft, Area 3300 sq ft. 15 doors and frames + baseboards. need minor plaster, spot paints on dark marks on walls, applying 1 coat of finish, ceilings not T-bar, mostly ducts, pipes etc. w
What would you charge for sq ft of the walls? Or by Area? What are the pricing nowadays in Toronto?

In general,
It is usually $1.1-$1.5 oer.sq ft, times 5 walls, times total sq ft of the area.
This doesn't include the cost to repair the walls, and it doesn't include the cost for the primer and paint.
But each situation is different so it's better to call a contractor and meet the jobsite to discuss details.

15 doors 50$ doors 50$ for frames
1$ for square footage for ceilings
2$ a linear foot for baseboards
3-4$ linear foot for ducts and pipes
