Emre repaired a large crack in the bedroom ceiling as well as a sagged area. He matched it up perfectly to the existing popcorn ceiling texture! He is kind, has an amazing work ethic and pays close attention to detail. He and his helpers did a fantastic job! I would definately have him come back for the next repair! Emre and his crew came to our house to update our basement. Paint, new baseboards and trim around doors. His staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The work done was done well and our basement now looks amazing.

Two years ago Emre renovated our bathrooms, so there was no question of who we'd hire to do our kitchen when the time came. Emre treated our home like it was his own, with the utmost care. He is trustworthy, professional, and his work is phenomenal. He has such good attention to the details, everything is level, all the tiles are perfectly lined up, he even altered a chandelier over the island so it would work in the space. Family and friends come over and can't believe it's the same house. Emre completely transformed the space to make it look beautiful. My family and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to Atlantis Contracting LTD (General Contractor), who did an exceptional job in finishing our basement. We came to know him through my community, the Burundian Community of Canada Alberta (BCCA), who were referred to the president of Atlantis Contracting LTD, Gunel Emre, by the Vice President of the Turkish Canadian Society of Edmonton, in the endeavor of renovating our office spaces. After seeing the quality of work carried out in the renovation of our organization's workspace, and the level of professionalism in negotiating the contract for the project, it was clear to me that this was the perfect company to finish our basement.

Their impressive capabilities were put on full display as they performed the tasks themselves, from planning and design to finishing. Within the estimated timeframe they provided us with, they completed the electrical, plumbing, roofing and much more. Throughout the entire process, the president Gunel Emre kept in constant contact with us, ensuring that we understood all steps in the process. He came and sat down with us and was incredibly patient, answering our questions to satisfaction. One of my favorite new additions to the basement was the U by Moen Smart Shower. This shower combines luxuries such as body sprays, head and hand showers with multiple settings, and runs to absolute perfection. Additionally, there were many things done free of charge, such as the correction of deficiencies left by the previous company who built our house, as well as the installation of a water line for our fridge and additional lights, etc.

Overall, the services provided by Atlantis Contracting LTD were superb. The amount of work done in the timeframe given was done meticulously and every detail was precise and calculated, and this was clearly shown in the finished product. We would recommend their services without hesitation to anyone in need of any form of commercial renovation, whether that be a basement, office, bathroom, etc. Again, we would like to thank Atlantis Contracting LTD for the work they have done in finishing our basement.

The Burundian Community of Canada Alberta ( BCCA) applauds the excellent work carried out by Atlantis Contracting LTD to renovate our organization's workspace. The Scope of the project included:

Construction of a kitchenette, renovation of a lounge and installation of a new 470 Square foot vinyl plank flooring, renovation of a basement office ( 280 Sqft), repair damaged corridor ceiling and walls and installed a keyless entry system at the building’s front entrance.

The Atlantis was incredible in the conception and execution of the project in the promised timeframe.

As far as I'm concerned, Emre and his team at Atlantis Contracting are by far the best general contractors and Turn key project contractors you can hire in edmonton... might even say in all of Alberta. Emre is very polite, very diligent with his work and incredibly talented. He worked very quickly, very efficiently and very skillfully. He left with our basement totally spotless and everything clean. I appreciate so much how much he has helped me and my family. The money spent was more than worth every penny. I know that from now on, no matter how small or big a project I need completed in my home, I can trust Emre and Atlantis Contracting ltd to get it done, and get it done well.

We were looking into finishing our basement with a 3 pieces bathroom and laundry room. We looked at many reviews and discovered Atlantis Contracting Ltd. We called the owner, Emre, and he came to see the work we wanted and gave us a quote.

The first important point is that he takes the time to listen and understand what is that you want. He also offers suggestion, and recommendation on your project to ensure that you understand the work required and the possible setbacks. He took 2 hrs with us to understand our project.

He gave us a quote and respected his words. He is an excellent general contractor. He explained everything to us and updated us every step of the way. He provided us with great suggestions that made our project even better than what we initially thought. While experiencing challenges in our project, he made sure to execute and give us an amazing finished product. His work is meticulous and he does not cut corner. What he builds will last for a long time.

He did correct faults in our basement that was left by the builder and by ourselves to ensure the final product would be lasting and secured. We are extremely happy with his work. We do know if we have another project for our house, he will be the contractor that we will go for. Our next project is already under his radar.

As for the cost, we believe that he is worth every dollar you put in. He is a respectable worker, and extremely honest. You will not find a better general contractor.
