Atlas granite was amazing with the selection of product, the time it took to complete the order, and the final job completion with their installer. Another perfect job done and we are againvery happy with all aspects of dealing with Atlas Granite.

Atlas Granite installed our kitchen countertops 4 years ago. We recently noticed that the sink was becoming unattached from the countertop, allowing water to leak into the cupboard below. I called Atlas Granite and was told to send an email to Amanda. I included a picture of the problem with my email and received a phone call minutes later! She arranged for a service call the very next day. He was on time and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. The call cost a flat $150.00 because the work had been done so long ago. I would happily recommend this company as their follow-up service was wonderful!!
My kitchen counter top is L shaped with a 90 degree mitre custom waterfall. I wanted it done asap and can't say that "sense of time" is Atlas's forte. But the end product spoke for itself. These guys worked tirelessly and worked themselves to the bone to install it exactly as I had imagined. We are very pleased with the end product and service.
We bought all our granite and quartz from atlas in 2014 for our renos. Had a couple issues with Harry and Ricky at the time of purchase but all turned out well,so I thought .A chip was repaired by a fellow they sent over which wasnt a very professional job, which we left. A year latter the chip came out again along with another one. So I tried to get some help again.
I phoned six different times and they would not take my calls.
Needless to say after all the money we spent on counter top and have them not to return one of my calls, I would definately not recommend any one to use Atlas Granite!! I feel once they get your money they do not have the time of day to help you out.
When looking into granite for our new home it was pretty much a dream because I thought it would be too expensive but 'just needed to see'... so I created one email and sent it to every single place in Edmonton and area that sells granite and just waited for quotes to roll in. They started to come a couple days after I sent it out. My first 16,000.00 including install and the quotes when down from there - The lowest quote I received was from atlas granite, (just over 5000.00) so I decided to go to the warehouse and check it out. I was impressed by the selections but didn't feel quite right about the people that were helping me. I decided to go ahead with it (against my bad feeling) and after that, things really turned around. They sent a professional measurement person out within days, and about two weeks later my granite was installed. I have lived with my granite for almost a year and I don't even have one chip on my edges. I get tons of compliments on it and couldn't be more happy with it.
I am glad that I went with atlas granite, but maybe im just one of the lucky ones. I do agree with the other reviews.... this place felt a bit sketchy. Also, communication wasn't the greatest - you kind of have to chase them if you want answers.
All though they were more money than other quotes we received, we went with atlas because they convinced us there work is superior and do not take the 5 or 6 weeks their competition takes. They told us with a couple days notice they could come and measure, once our cabinets were installed. At this point they showed up two weeks later. From this point we were told it would be approximately 10 days to install. Are you kidding!! 5 weeks later they showed up but only after I told them I wanted my money back. I took a vacation day to stay home for the install, they informed us after 3pm they wouldn't make it that day, but the next work day for sure. I once again booked a vacation day and no show. This is not the only dilemma, at one point they had sold my granite to another customer.
had my counter tops ad sinks installed by them,my kitchen sink fell out nothing in it I called them to see if they would repair it and was told they would have to charge me a full install price. They wouldn't lower it I tried to buy a new sink and asked for a lower total price and was never called again
BE AWARE!
We had more than 20 trades people when we build our home and the biggest mistake we made was going with Atlas. Worst customer service ever and never keep up their promise.
And be ready to pay 100% of the money upfront before even they deliver. And also you have to be ready any time /any day to pay the amount. Never called about their arrival (they came one Sunday afternoon and demanded for the full money, that too only back cheque, will not accept personal one) so they took the granite pieces back!
Waiting for about 2 months now to complete their jobs, never pick up the phone. But they were so nice before we buy the granite. You have to be ready to make 100s of phone calls/messages before they reply.
Terrible Communicators. They said that the countertops would be in THREE WEEKS earlier than they ended up coming. Follow up calls were always met with the response that the "manager wasn't in at the moment, but would call us to follow up immediately". We never received any follow up calls. Will definitely never recommend this service to anyone, and will be actively campaigning against this business.
