Buildaholics constructed a large detached garage for us, 22 x 24 ft. Dave was a pleasure to work with from the first call to project completion. His design experience and knowledge of building codes made the planning stage a pleasure. When we discovered that the existing concrete pad was flawed, the adjustment of cost to tear it out and pour a new pad was reasonable. Dave is easy to contact and communicates clearly. His quotes are very detailed and breaks all the costs down into logical sections. In my 30 years of home ownership, I haven't had a better contractor. Dave is a gem!

David is quick and does the job within the deadline. He even did other things that were not in his quote. He cleans up the job site afterwards. Definitely my go-to person from hereon. Thanks David

Dave installed luxury vinyl planking throughout my finished basement with a protective membrane underlay. He recommended great products that were cost effective. Provided quick quotes and stuck to them. He has great work ethic and pulled long hours to ensure the job got completed. He also left the worksite clean and tidy.

We were looking to get some shade for our south facing deck. I was not a fan of pergolas, as I always pictured the classic style. After doing more research I came up with a “vision” of how I would like my pergola to look. I photoshopped my “vision” with a picture of my deck along with a quick dimensions drawing & sent them to several contractors. After meeting with a few of them, David was the one that really understood my vision. Even when I had not chosen a contractor yet, he encouraged me to asked him questions about anything small or large, and I did in which he answered them with confidence.

During the project, he was very easy to work with (yes, he let me help) and to talk to, from planning to completion, he had my vision and understanding in mind through the whole project. David is very detail oriented which was perfect for my OCD. I will definitely be contacting him for future projects! I think I’m in love...

We were extremely pleased with the professional services provided by Buildaholics. From the initial interview with David, right through to the completion of the garage, we were happy with the service provided by this company. We had confidence in the builder and in the contractors he worked with. The garage was completed to our specifications within the timeline we were given. We also appreciated and used ideas presented by the builder. After completion of the garage, the builder came by to clean up any leftover recyclables and garbage. We were happy to recommend this builder to our neighbours. Great experience and a builder who we would highly recommend.
