We called several contractors that were recommended to us. Although they all sounded very knowledgeable, I didn't feel like they care about how much money will come out of our pocket. Frank listened to what we wanted and suggested choices. For example, we wanted to change the garage door but Frank suggested repainting it. It is cheaper and will still do the job to make it look good again. He was right. This is just one way that Frank made us save $. Frank, Jae and Andrew finished the skylight, changed the cracked and rotten walls and changed the black sidings. I am so glad we finally trusted someone after years of searching. I am satisfied and very happy with the results. We still need a lot of renovations in the house . We will definitely use them again.

Two days ago Frank and Jae contacted me about a project I'd posted on this site. They scheduled a time to come to my house and quoted a rough estimate. They arrived on time with all of the tools required for the job. Before starting work, they quoted their hourly rate and provided information about the quality of workmanship I could expect. They were polite, professional, efficient, and courteous, and they even tolerated my yappy little dog! I'm very pleased with their work, and I would hire them again.
