He, Tom Nopper, built an absolute beauty in Dalhousie. We are so lucky to have bought it. Attention to details is outstanding. Very high quality. Wish he had changed the hot water tank as within six months it failed and kind of ruined our basement, but not his fault.

With the busy schedule that Tom and Dino juggled alongside my home reno, my husband and I are happy to say we are quite satisfied with the results.
The bathrooms look great, and we are happy with the new floors installed in the living and bedroom spaces. They were also able to take on replacing my sink with a new one in the midst of the hustle and bustle + extra outlets in the bathrooms.
Budget-wise, everything seemed fair especially with our additional scope.
Product-wise Tom was able to recommend and help us find money-saving items which really helped. Everything turned out great, but we would probably go with laminate planks over vinyl click planks next time (floating).
We noticed later on that the vinyl click planks didn't allow for much movement when it expanded, which created little swell spots here and there where the sun got in from the doors or windows. But Tom did a great job installing it nonetheless.
Overall, for the conditions that they had worked with (i.e. 1960s home w/ uneven floor, weird bathroom dimensions), it turned out great!

After reviewing lots of other contractors we found Tom to be the most reasonable and knowledgeable. We have been very happy with the quality of his work, which has been outstanding. We had previous experience with Tom when he renovated our kitchen approximately 8 years ago (house renovation, sunroom/extension & deck 2016/17).

I would highly recommend Tom Nopper of Calgary Renovations. Tom listened to wants for a specialty garage. He found a subcontractor who delivered on our desire for a heated floor. We now have a new water heater system which is highly efficient. He subcontracted superior tradesman from the concrete people to the final finishers. I will definitely use Tom again for another renovation.

The Whole team at calgary renovation/savoy were amazing from start to finish!!
We had our kitchen completely gutted and re designed.
Mel was amazing. She was able to see the vision I had and make it a reality.
It truly is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
From the high end materials, to the detail on the finishing that done, and the beautiful new appliances, we have an elegant and functional kitchen that we will be able to entertain in for many years to come. The Reno was done in a timely fashion, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have renovations done.
