I had the pleasure of meeting both Darren & Ian this week while I was preparing my home for sale. They were both professional and courteous in complete their tasks, helping me upgrade my electrical services to the current safestandard.
First off I was amazed when I called and Sheri scheduled me the next morning at 9:00 a.m.
Next morning I was texted by Ian at 8:55 a.m. he would be a little late which is so unusual these days.
Upon his arrival we discovered removing the old spa pak and installing the new one would also involve some plumbing issues which Ian had no problem providing instead of halting the process to get a plumber involved. Let’s-get-er done attitude much appreciated.
Next thing Darren arrives with a part required and uses his jig saw to modify the fibreglass tub to install the controls.
Everything resolved including some trouble shooting same day.
Can’t say enough about the friendly competent customer service of CAPHAP.
Highly recommend their company.
Thank you so much Stewart, we appreciate your review of our Company. We take great pride in providing professional, timely and competent service. Thank you again.
Regards,
Sheri Smith
