Kevin and the team at Cardinal helped turn a large reno project into a stress-free and enjoyable experience. He took the time to understand my short and long term vision, not only the house, but the property as well to ensure the end result was exactly what I wanted (or better).The communication throughout the entire process has been great and the genuine ownership and pride in their work is obvious in the results.
They replaced a steel roof and steel siding with shingles and vinyl siding, stone borders, eves, soffits and fascia. Inside, they have sanded, stained and refinished hardwood floors as well as some drywall, taping, and painting. It looks and feels like a brand new house and I couldn't be happier with the entire process.
Kevin stays on budget and makes sure the money is allocated to the right things to bring the dream alive. They will be my first call for the new deck and rear entryway project in the summer. I highly recommend Cardinal Builders for any project.
