Do not let this guy on your property. He will come and go, you will have strangers showing up without notice and without making themselves known. Do not give him 1 cent of credit! Be warned. And then like it's a childish game, he will just not take your calls anymore.

Needed a back walk out dug. He was very professional and knowledgeable and gung-ho to get it done. Once the job started and went on his attitude changed and he was very disrespectful. Coming and going as he pleased. Working some days and not the others, with many excuses. Did not end well.
