Daniels property maintenance completed the landscaping work in Woodbridge Ontario. Work completed was a lift and relay of approximately 500 squares feet of interlocking stone, reshaped the plant beds and installed a new retaining wall. After all the work was completed they left the area clean, reseal the interlocking and were very professional and organized when performing at the job recommend 👍

Let me start by saying I made the right choice in this contractor. On time, On budget and professional. The team that installed my front walkway were gentlemen, tidy and very concerned over my every need and the look we were to achieve. Kept me informed with every aspect of the job as it progressed. Highly recommend!!

We hired Sam Daniels and his team to lift and re-grade our 900 sqft patio and add coping stones around our pool. We had a very bad experience with a previous hardscaper (work was largely redone as part of this job). Sam was very professional. We were always able to get hold of him by phone or by text to discuss any concerns we had, and he promptly addressed each one in turn without issue. The job was completed exactly as we discussed and on time. My wife and I would recommend Daniels property maintenance to our family and friends.

I had my front concrete walkway demolished and replaced with unilock pavers, installed another unilock walkway on one side of my house and improved the grading on another side. Sam and his team were professional, polite and accommodating. Even though I changed some of my original design choices, Sam honoured the original price. I had many questions before, during and after the project and Sam and his team were very responsive. Scheduling of the project occurred as planned and finished on time. We are pleased with the results. Sam also offered a reasonable and affordable price and a great warranty.

I have used multiple contractors in the past but Daniels Property Maintenance was by far the best experience I have ever had. From the initial stages of providing ideas, execution to finishing, Sam and his team were able to deliver. I first saw Sam's work on several projects he completed in our subdivision a few years ago and always noticed that his work always looked like it was just installed. Sam's use of high quality aggregate, High Performance Bedding (HPB) and depth allow for any patio base to remain leveled and strong for years to come. Any changes that my wife or I threw at him were welcomed with ease and patience. His attention to detail is second to none.Sam was able to meet all of our needs including the outdoor electrical work we needed completed as well.

Sam and his team did interlock stone at the front, side, and rear of our home along with tree/shrub planting, and resurfacing of our front porch with flagstone. I found they did a great job. They were professional, skilled at their trade, open to changes on the fly, and got the job done on time. Sam has a strong team working for him including Vince, Chris, and Rob, and a few others. I would recommend Daniels Property Maintenance for any interlock and stone work.

Daniels Property Maintenance from start to finish we're amazing! I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this company! Sam came and gave us all of our options and quotes. Sam and his crew were great to work with... They removed approximately 400 square feet of grass and installed a flawless new patio and landscaped the surrounding patio with river rock . Sam was easy going and eager to please. We would recommend Sam to anyone who was looking for any outdoor project such as ours.

I can not tell you how amazing and professional Sam and his crew were when I hired them to interlock my driveway.

They started super early and worked really late just to get the job done. The driveway turned out absolutely perfect. I was more than happy with the end result. I had so many neighbors compliment his work following this job and asked for Sam's number as they all wanted to hire him to do work at their homes. Honestly, the curb appeal at my house went from a 7/10 to a 10/10 because of Sam's work. I will be hiring him again to do another driveway this April for me!

Both my Neighbor and myself had Sam and his crew do a beautiful clean job from start to finish, as you can see in the pictures. We originally were going with just a concrete walkway when we met someone else that referred us to Sam, we are very happy we went with the stonework. We were also happily surprised with the cost and how he stuck to the budget even with some changes along the way. We will definitely be using Sam's services again.

Our front walkway was redone with new paving stones and our porch and steps were done with stone. We narrowed down our choice of materials and Sam made suggestions to optimize the look we were going for. The work was done promptly and with minimal disruption.

DPMI designed and constructed a new patio in my back yard with a new garden box. They installed new step and stone interlock at my front entrance. The workmanship was excellent and I was very happy with the quality of the finish.

We have a large 70'x160' lot, and last year we had our entire lot landscaped by DPM.

DPM professionally installed approx. 150 LF of Pisa stone retaining walls, extensive interlocking pavers patios and deck (approx. 6000 sf) around our inground pool. They also build 90' of walkaways and flowers boxes at the side of the house from front to back and installed Eramosa natural stone on our front porch and steps to the main entrance to the house.

The extensive project was completed with the regrading of the "soft" areas and the placement of new topsoil and sod.

Their work was professionally done, on time and on budget.

Sam accommodated the many changes my wife and I asked for along the way without asking for extras.

We are very happy with the work DPM has done for us and we'll hire them in the summer again to complete our 3 car driveway with interlocking pavers.
