| Warranty | Dominion Roofing's workmanship warranty is as follows (all materials are warranted by the manufacturer and are enforceable upon receipt of full payment of the contract price and any warranty claims respecting the materials shall be made against the manufacturer pursuant to the warranty provided by it). Shingled Roof – rip/strip and removal of old roof ten (10) years; over top of old roof five (5) years. Flat Roof – rip/strip of old roof five (5) years; over top of old roof one (1) year. Aluminum – installation of new soffit, fascia, eavestrough(s), downpipe or siding five (5) years. Copper – installation of new copper materials (i.e. flashing, eavestroughs, downpipes, trim, caps, window coverings, etc.) ten (10) years. |
