We’re very happy with our basement from Dream Chasers Construction Communication was excellent, all of the tradesmen were very friendly and professional. Of course, the quality was excellent, and the price was very competitive. Any minor issues or questions that came up were easily dealt with, and I appreciated the suggestions we got, not being an expert myself. I would recommend Dream Chasers Construction.

Dream Chasers Construction did an outstanding job on our complete condo reno. Not only is the quality of work outstanding but they were on time even with our tight timeline! They didn't nickel and dime minor changes and the cost impact of more significant changes were clearly explained to us and agreed to before proceeding. I had my basement finish by Dream Chasers Construction. Overal very good experience because I had very detailed quote from them and no surprise during the project.
They have been very flexible with minor changes during the project. the final result was very clean and exactly what we expected to see after completion.
Sam and his team are very polite and professional and you get quick response from them even after the completion of the project if you have any question.

Thank you for your great job! It's really living the dream washroom. PROFESSIONAL!!!....detailed, highly skilled at everything they did.
Sam gave advice and asked our input and decisions on many aspects of the reno. We worked as a team and made sure they had all of the materials they needed when they were ready for them to install which resulted in an impressive 3 week completion date!!
