I insisted with the Eco-choice sales rep that we agree on a turnkey deal for all our windows and a Patio door. Instead of taking his time on pricing the project out correctly, he promised his team could complete the project at the discussed price. Unfortunately when the crew came, they run into a lot of problems and it resulted in $800+ overruns. They now threaten to void the warranty and would not provide me the receipts I need. I find them dishonest and unprofessional, just eager to get a sale done. Also I found out that all the installations are actually done by 3rd parties and nothing is done by them directly. I would not recommend Eco-Choice to anybody after this dreadful experience.

I chose Eco Choice Window because they offer corporate discount. They replaced 11 windows for my house. However, my master bedroom wall and bathroom wall were damaged by their young technicians. The technicians were probably inexperienced and definitely not careful enough with my property. The interior frames were also dirty with obvious marks. My friends' house just had their windows replaced with another company at a similar price but their new window frames are clean and flawless. I have emailed eco choice window customer service and sent the pictures to them but they didn't come back to fix the problem. I don't want to waste time to reach out to them anymore. I am unhappy about the damage that they have done to my property.

After reading all the online reviews we hired Eco Choice Windows to replace our old wooden windows in our 80yr old Toronto home. From the initial quote to the final installation we were impressed with the level of customer service we received. The new windows look great and already we feel the comfort difference in our home from the old ones. We highly recommend them.

Hired Eco Choice Windows to replace our front builder windows in a 18 yr old home in Mississauga. We found the sales rep to be very knowledgeable, took the time to explain all the available options. The installation crew arrived as expected and finished the install in 1 day. We had a great experience.

They were on time and very fast and the windows look great and work great. The salesman was very friendly and was very flexible. I even couldnt get out of work on time and didnt get a hold of him in time and he just went along and gave me a rough estimate and was able to come back again to finalize the measurements.

Eco Choice windows and doors replaced the windows & doors in our home. The windows and doors made a huge improvement and they look great. I am very picky and pay attention to detail and the workers did a fabulous job.
