This guy has no clue what he is doing, not only did he rip me off but he also created damage to my property that cost me three times as much as it should have for the work I wanted complete. He is rated D+ on the BBB. I’m not the only one who has sued him and if you hire him to do work on your property you’ll also be the one suing him. Judge ordered him to pay up but he won’t.
If I can even give him zero stars ... Big Scam ... doesn’t finish his work and leaves you hanging ... continuously ask for money even though his contract has a payment schedule he doesn’t respect ... dirty work and literally ruined our property .. is not careful with owners belonging scratched our windows ... DO NOT work with this guy.
What a liar ... please take us to court I beg of you to it the case to court ... your reviews on the business bureau says it all
I have tried multiple times to work with the clients .
I was blind sided and found out after giving a package deal with over 40 days of work on site to do all the hevy hard service to find out client was getting other prices for my service and has breached our contract.
I then found out that other trades had the same problem was having with these clients and notices there names on the Contractors Beware list.
I will now have no choice but to take this issue in Court as I have not heard a reasoning offer from clients to resolve the issues .
From what I ve been told the other trades have been burned for there money as well.
Job scope was to tooth in windows the repoint the whole house after and stain yellow bricks.
They then changed mind after we did the service .... very hard work and a lot of hours with over 5 men on site.
Wow, amazing service! The guys were so nice and polite. Got here very fast and finished quickly. So happy with my new porch and chimney. If you need anything done regards to chimneys and concrete, and porches go to them service was amazing. Left my yard and driveway spotless!!! Honestly best service i had!
Thank you EJ Masonry! I'll use you guys again.
If I had read the reviews beforehand I would not have hired E J Masonry to pour a concrete pad in front of my home or rebuild a front porch. I have never in my life seen such poor workmanship. We had given a 25% deposit before work commenced and on the first day he requested another 25%. They remained on my property for approximately 2 hours and then were gone for the day. Each day they returned they started tearing apart something else when the first project was no where near completed. About the third day in the remainder of the balance was requested. I declined and then later that day was approached again for more money and was practically begged. Concrete pad was to be poured on a Thursday as promised but I guess there was lack of funds on the contractors part. If I wanted the pad poured then I was required to call the concrete supplier and charge it to my credit card or who knows when I would see a completed patio. Front porch has holes in it when the water will once again run down and ruin it. Front walkway was parged and was a complete mess. Had to scrape concrete off grass, in garden and all over garden rocks. Patio pad was very sloppy and began cracking one month after being poured. Was told they would come back in a couple of weeks but at this point I no longer wanted them on my property. Cleaning up their mess once was enough for me. Do not hire them.....very unprofessional.
All truth, no lies and contractor paid in FULL!
Okay this is a lie! You owe me money and have been trying to find a way out. Your sister that has a problem also trying to rip me off!

I hired EJ Masonry to build a fence on my property. The job was to be done by Kyle McNaughton whose business card shows him as Project Manager for EJ Masonry. Before the job was fully completed they requested that I give them most of the payment for the fence completion as they needed funds to pay the workers. I foolish complied. They continued for some time to give me numerous excuses and text messages telling me they would be arriving soon to complete the job but never did. They kept the money but did not complete the job. Eddie Hobbs head of EJ Masonry does not reply to my phone voice mails or my text messages to him. I would suggest that if you hire EJ Masonry do not front them any monies. If they want up front money for materials I would suggest you have them get the materials themselves and then reimburse them. For labour I would not pay until work is completed.
EJ Masonry was hired to build porch and flag stone home. After I paid for the materials he ordered and deposit on labour, he never returned. 3 weeks of phone calls and no returned calls. Had to get the police involved. 3 new contractors inspected start of porch and materials-Everything is wrong and must be torn down!! I know of more people with the same issue's too.
