I will start by saying my experience with Floor One was great. I went into the showroom without knowing exactly what I wanted. We were replacing all the flooring on the main level of our bungalow home. Lucas asked me a number of questions and showed me products that would best meet my needs. I was in and out of the store a number of times while making my final decisions. Throughout the process I was never rushed or pressured into anything. Lucas explained why he recommended certain products to me over others. Bottom line was he made sure I got the best product to meet the needs of our home of older teenaged kids and dogs. Lucas did the measurements and I received a detailed quote very quickly. The installation went very well and I am extremely happy with my new floors! I would highly recommend Floor One to anyone.

Floor One was most helpful and patient as we went through to choices to upgrade our rugs to a high quality, attractive layout covering the upper floors of our house.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Floor One. Not only did we receive excellent advice when we were choosing the carpet, but the whole installation went without a hitch. The carpet installers were very professional, considerate and tidy. We are still very happy with the carpet a year later!!

Very pleased with our choice to purchase new carpet and Linoleum at Carpet one. We were under a time crunch and they worked with us to get everything done in time and looking top notch. We came into Calgary hoping to purchase some flooring. We had visited numerous retails before stopping at Floor One. Lucas greeted us and described the products pros and cons. Showed us samples and then made arrangements so that we could go home with product - all in that one visit. He then provided more service by picking up material needed for installation before we left town.
