Well i purchased a pogo lift from Randy (Garage Boyz) in October of 2017! In march of 2018 Randy had sent me a (Loaner) because there was an engineering problem with the wheels on the lift!! The Loaner lift had pieces missing and damages!! I've heard every excuse why I haven't recieved my new lift!! Now it's October 2018 and I still have LOANER lift and can't seem to get in contact with Randy or anyone with Garage Boyz! I even called and left messages with pogo lift canada about what's happening and still no response! And it seems like there might be more people having the same problem!?

I purchased a Pogo lift from Randy at garage boyz in April of this year and is now almost June and I heard every excuse in the book why he hasn't been able to ship it. Randy insisted that the Pogo lift be paid in full before shipping, it has been a frustrating experience to say the least. Grant

After structural changes the deck has been condemned as unsafe by a structural engineering firm. I asked for a full refund based on their warranty and communication stopped.

Do not give this company money. Heninger Toyota hired Garage Boyz to do some work in our showroom. We paid them $6,700 as a down payment for the work. This was a $6,700 mistake. They completed no work for us. They would give us no refund and quickly stopped returning our communications. This was clearly a scam from the very beginning and Randy Seib is a con artist. In an effort to avoid a lengthy legal battle, we agreed to a settlement in mediation. Not surprisingly, Randy and Garage Boyz failed to pay the agreed settlement and the matter has been turned over to collections. We're kicking ourselves for having ever entertained the idea of working with this company. Just don’t do business with this man or this company at all.

We hired Randy Seib (garage boyz) to redo our garage. He came and gave us a quote , seemed like a nice guy acted like he knew what he was doing. He took a $7500 deposit for 50% of the job. Except for a few phone calls that was the last time we saw him ! He blatantly ripped us off !
We started calling the suppliers on his website that he supposedly represents , he has stolen from most of them as well

TOTAL CROOK- STAY AWAY- i wish i came to this website prior to dealing with this snake oil salesman, he gave a great salesman speach and promised this work would be complete in a timely fashion, that was back in march, well i got screwed. i put a large deposit down in good faith as he seemed very legit, very poor choice on my part,after calling constantly every day he finally came to the house and completed maybe 20% of the required work and the work he did complete was piss poor and incomplete, this is the worst contractor i have ever delt with, we built our entire home in 7 months he has not completed this simple work in 5 months

Everything that happened to the other reviewers happened to us. Just wanted to get one more review out there to warn others to stay far far away. One of the contractors didn't get paid by Randy and put a lien on OUR house! Poor suckers like us and poor contractors who get screwed.

As one of the other person commented. Randy is a crook!. Agreed to buy equipment from us; arranged delivery of equipment and he never paid. Instead he quyickly resold the equipment and had it shipped overseas. Now we are trying to recoup losses which is unlikely to happen given the number of companies and individuals in front of us.

Randy is a crook. We hired him May 2011 and gave him a deposit in June. After receiving the deposit we had to call him continuously to get the job started. He always had pathetic excuses. Once started, the crew would work a couple of hours and then be gone. We were told the garage would take less than a week from start to finish. We hounded him for three months and he never completed the job. We went on vacation in August and the last correspondence with him was that he promised everything would be done by the time we came back. When we came back, his number was out of service. Now, 7 months later, he has left us a message saying that we still owed him money. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Stay far away from Garage Boyz!!!

This guy is a complete con artist. Avoid doing business with this person. TOTAL LOSER. I do not understand how he can do business in Calgary. Avoid at all costs. Took me for 1000.00. Did not complete work. Impossible to get a hold of. Excuse after excuse. Worst contractor experience I have ever encountered, by far.

Complaint: Randy Seib hired my company to do work for him. He collected from the customer and owes me $5000 which he will never pay.
Don t trust or work or hire this individual.
Complaint: I did work for Garage boyz, My first pay period seemed to be a struggle to recieve , I then concidered terminating contract and Randy begged me to stick around , Even though the contradictions and altered made up conversasions he started making I mistakenly countinued to work for Randy, The next pay period Randy falsified paying me twice . Then he "test" sent 50$ since i had claimed was low on gas and would not return till invoice paid as it was now past due .
Apon Randy failing to pay i would not return to work till he paid . He then countinued to be rude towards me with swearing and name calling . He shortly after blocked my number and would not respond . As of today his invoice is 24 Days Past Due beyound the NET count .
Randy avoids responding or answering calls , text messages , voicemails , emails . I then went to his home to speak to him . He ignored the door then approached me around the corner to where he approached my car and stated " stay off my property or next time i will come out with a baseball bat and feed you your lunch" he since was reported to the police and has ignored there calls to attempt to deal with him on this matter , he has also been seen in his kitchen as someone was at his door to serve him for court . But he completly ignored the knocking and door bell and did not even look at the door . Randy is a professional crook . After reviewing all reviews on this site i truely wish i would of found this site before ever doing business with Randy .

Complaint: Stuck a vendor with the cost of product shipped to him and he will not take care of the bill. Based on the other reviews, fraud charges may be warranted by customers and vendors.

Complaint: Total crook ripped off my company we gave him our product advantage lifts 4 post hoists and he did not pay us and will not return calls it has been 1 month and still nothing. He talks a good story.
