Warranty | WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY CERTIFICATE GLS Solutions issues all warranties in accordance of the purchase contract and guarantees all work completed, detailed in the purchase contract for a period of ONE (1) YEAR GLS warrants all electrical work for a period of one (1) year for improper workmanship. This warranty does not cover: All materials supplied by GLS that have been manufactured or furnished by a third party vendor or supplier will not be covered by this warranty certificate. Damage caused by failure to maintain in good working order Damage resulting from fire, freezing, storms, electrical malfunction or surge, lightening, earthquake, pest damage, Acts of God, or other unforeseen causes or accidents Damage for the abuse by any person, ordinary wear and tear Damage resulting from the owners failure to observe any operation instructions furnished at time of installation In the event that a product or material supplied by a third party is defective, GLS shall use its best efforts to contact the supplier or manufacturer and receive a free re placement. If a free replacement will not be available under the warranty of the supplier or the manufacturer then the cost to supply such material will be at the expense of the owner. In this case, GLS promises to repair or replace any defect of workmanship within the warranty period at no expense to the owner. GLS shall have the option of repairing or replacing, at its election. Owner should notify GLS within a reasonable period after first knowledge of a problem. To be covered, the physical signs of the problem must be observable and have started to cause damage before the one-year period expires. |
