Mark is amazing. I really appreciate his effort to help our family live comfortably with work that is on time and done to our satisfaction.

Mark was first contracted to do flooring and drywall into our home which was done prior to our move in. We had a tight 3 week schedule which Mark managed to keep despite the dated 1980s themed house that we purchased. He took careful work to remove carpeting and to our surprise managed to make the hard wood look amazing. He also had the difficulty of removing old painted wall paper in room with a built in Murphy bed. He carefully removed the bed, did some magic on drywall, then put everything back together which he will mention was no small feet. Given that this was my 4 year old son and the anxiety that my son was facing with the move, I really appreciated Mark's efforts.

We have had Mark back to help on a few things and will consider him again for future renovations.

I highly recommend Mark for any interior reno! We hired him to do quite a big job replacing drywall in our 100-year-old home, as well as place panel designs on our ceiling to hide the popcorn, do some misc. wall repairs, and then paint. I was super impressed with his work and how seriously he took his responsibilities. He was always punctual, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day, and very upfront and honest about his and my expectations. Great results, too--everything looks amazing. I hired Goggin Renovations to renovate my newly purchased condo. They installed all new flooring, baseboards, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink and faucet. They also smoothed out an existing popcorn ceiling in my living room. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Mark the owner was very professional and put a lot of effort into ensuring a high quality finish on a reasonable budget.

We had our kitchen countertop, sink, faucet and backsplash redone. The project was done in a very timely manner and Mark was very helpful with suggestions. I was very impressed with the work and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend him without hesitation. We are very happy with the end result.

I was in need of a bathroom renovation and hired Mark to do the job. Needless to say, everything turned out perfect and he surpassed all my expectations. Not only in his workmanship and quality of his work, but in how friendly, patient and professional he was during the whole process. I had many questions and he never hesitated to answer and address everything I asked. This paired with the immaculate work he did in my bathroom definitely resulted in a lifelong customer he’s gained.

I live in a old condo and had many blow outs in various walls throughout including the ceiling in my shower. Goggin Teixeira Renovations were great! They communicated with me regularly to make sure I was happy with the work and they were very punctual and courteous as well. I was expecting a big mess so was pleasantly surprised on how clean they were with their work. They mudded and taped all the areas I wanted done and even fixed an old blow out that the last worker I had fix (who did a horrible job). They sanded, primed and painted everything when completed.

I am very happy with the quality of their work. My walls have never looked so good!
