Grande Refinishing provided excellent service from start to finish. We really liked how Josh thought about not only the carpeted stair areas we wanted replaced, but also how the new vinyl would fit with the overall flow of the stairs and front entrance - his suggestion to consider also replacing the slate on the landing with the vinyl made all the difference. I'm so glad we took his advice! As far as installation, Tyler did an amazing job AND helped us upon completion moving a few heavy pieces of furniture which was so appreciated! I would highly recommend Grande Refinishing.

Josh refinished our existing dated hardwood floors and installed new wood in our living room/dining room and den and finished them all to match. We were surprised how very little dust there was with his sanding and vacuum system. He tried a few stain colours on the floor to help us to pick the stain. He is a hard worker with excellent workmanship and professionalism. We are very pleased with everything he did and would highly recommend him.

Josh refinished our badly worn wood floors in a couple of main living areas & did so while we were out of town. His work was as promised & done within the time available. We are very happy with our floors which look better than new & wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Josh refinished the floors for my 110 year old Georgian style house in Vancouver. White oak wood on main floor and fir on stairs and 2nd floor. With the age of the floors, Josh was particularly thorough at the front end to ensure he could deliver a quality product. He worked effortlessly and patiently with the contractor, designer and me to choose the best colours and finish for the floors. End result is spectacular and provided the design foundation to a top notch house renovation. Visitors to the house are astounded that floors are 100 years old!

It was a pleasure to deal with Josh! We were in the process of moving into our new home while Josh was refinishing the badly damaged flooring throughout the home we had purchased. We actually thought we might have to replace them, but Josh assured us he could restore them and so he did! What a great job! We are very pleased with everything he did and would highly recommend Josh to anyone who wants to refinish a hardwood floor. Such a nice young man.

We hired Josh with Grande Refinishing to sand, and completely refinish our hardwood floors. He did an excellent job with the least amount of inconvenience to us. He is trustworthy, quick, hard working and does fine work. We would definitely recommend this company!

From beginning to end, our experience with Grande Refinishing was outstanding. From assistance with product selection to delivery and installation the process was flawless. The cost and timeline for installation were very reasonable. The installation was quick, quiet and our place remained clean throughout. The worked started always on time, finished sooner than projected and communication was frequent and open. The attention to detail during installation was beyond our expectations and being in the design field myself, I can be very picky. Our stairs and details around trim especially look amazing. I would highly recommend Josh and his team for any project.
