Pete Jones and his crew renovated my very outdated condo in downtown Victoria.
The job they did was splendid. High quality workmanship, attention to detail, kept work area clean, tidy and safe. Pete often made excellent suggestions, particularly about small but important details that made that tired old condo into a show stopper.
I highly recommend Pete and his crew --- Pete is an experienced hand in the renovation building business. You will get knowledge and skill with Pete.

After purchasing a relatively new house (2 years old) my wife and I decided to renovate it to our liking prior to moving in. We received Peter Jones name from a friend and asked him to undertake the job. It was a considerable amount of work including renovation of bedrooms, taking down walls and structurally rebuilding and reinforcing said walls to a much safer degree.
As we were renting at the time we needed the project delivered on time as we had to be out of the rental at a certain time.
These goals were all achieved. All the renovations were completed to a high degree and all came with the proper inspection certificates.
We were very happy with Pete and his crew and Gryphon construction. And any time we needed a follow up the service was extended to us ASAP.

Pete Jones is a competent and reliable man who is a great communicator. He is thoughtful and creative and VERY accommodating as we kept on changing the scope of our rather large project
