`We are proud to be Edmonton and surrounding areas newest eavestrough installation company. Gutterboss is made up of 2 crews of installers who were know to each other for the last 15 years. Seeing each other at suppliers and even working next door to each other. Well time passed on and one day the needs of a excellent roofing company called Browns Roofing & exteriors and an installer...Gutterboss was born. We then found the best installers and presented them with our vision of truly being a premier Eavestrough installation company and keeping with the integrity and pride in workmanship we now have 2 teams of installers. Its been amazing out the gate with sales from our grand opening special keeping us all very busy.

| Warranty | 10 Year written workmanship warranty This warranty covers the following - leaks from corners - leaks from end caps - leaks from outlet going into eavestrough - any part of the eavestrough(s) or downspout(s) that has come loose from fascia board like screws have broken and eavestrough is hanging away from fascia board. If a tree branch or other object from weather condition damages the eavestrough in any way this is not covered. Please call us and we will be more then happy to restore your gutters to working conditions at 10% off quoted price. Insurance may help in this matter as well if significant damage was done to your home. Crushing of eavestrough from RV or other large vehicle is not covered and 10% of quoted price would also apply. - if drip edge was not installed by Gutterboss or deemed installed improper by a 3rd party contractor any water coming from fascia board and behind the eaves and any or all damages caused by is not covered. Other then replacement or readjusting drip edge because of many factors such as improperly install sheathing, bow in fascia board, starter strip, shingles and a combination of any of these any damage will not be covered my Gutterboss or insurers. - if no drip edge and client opted out of install offered by Gutterboss and no evidence of eavestrough pulling away from fascia board a onsite visit resulting in this with result in a $100 charge. - overflowing caused by blocked downspout, outlet holes or any debris found in eavestrough will result in a $100 charge. Please note this is 99% of any eavestrough company is clogged gutters. -Downspout has pulled away from wall with no evidence of above normal wear and tear usage. Unless proper hinges are used on downspout flip ups the "screws" style is covered for only 1 year. Any damage to flip ups such as forgetting to put back in vertical holding position from walking into or kicking flip up is not covered and will result in a charge of $100 service fee. |
