Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Do not buy equipment from this company. They buy used and broken equipment (chair lifts, hospital beds) off Kijiji and other places for very little $ and resell them for close to MSRP. You’re better off getting suggestions from your caregiver or social worker where to buy reliable used equipment. If the owner tries to contest what I am saying by replying with a denial, I will provide photo proof of conversations etc. of the unprofessionalism.
