Fernando mendes was very responsive from the start, he met with my husband in person to take a look at the site and give us a proper quote. He followed up with it a couple of days later and recommended few options and ideas to meet our budget since it was a big backyard. We did a big size patio with wood stairs to the back door and a fire pit, removed trees, removed all weed and dirt and resod the reminding of the space, and did a base for a shed. He also helped us with placing posts for a fence and resod part of our frontyard grass. We added a couple of things last min during the project and he was very accommodating. His team was excellent and very professional, even my next door neighbour was very pleased with their work as we had to cut down some trees that were right on the property line. They did all the project in a total of 7-8 days, and were always on time and left everything cleaned after their shift. We had a tight deadline and he met it and even finished before I expected.

I will recommend them to anyone. My husband and I are very pleased with with our new backyard and very happy to have gone with Manos Handy Man Home Services for our backyard project.

Fernando, was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Explained the materials he recommends would suit my house, gave me timeline and cost. The job started and finished on time. I have been very happy to contract Manos for a few different home jobs. He and his team did excellent concrete and parging work for us by repairing our porch, the steps, and pouring a new walk pad and driveway (this happened just as the Raptors won, so in honour of the victory I asked him to cut a basketball pattern on the driveway and he etched it perfectly). Manos also did an extensive and thorough demo job for us. Any time I checked on them, his team was hard at work and Manos was always setting a strong pace for them to keep up with. Manos has done some other challenging work for us too and while he does so I hear him say 'Better do it right." He has proven to us many times that he works with integrity. Manos is not just a handyman. That is an understatement. He is an observant, bright and capable builder.

We just had some potlights installed in our kitchen and I couldn’t have been happier with Manos handy man services received. They are professional, very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the job that was done, and will be contacting them for more jobs in the future.this is the second time I have used Manos services, and was just as happy with the previous job. As you can imagine, they are very busy, so I would advise to be patient in getting a date booked for your job, it will be very well worth the wait!
