We have had the pleasure of working with J. Lacourse Carpentry for our new build in 2022 and for many other building projects over the years.
I cannot recommend John and his crew enough, their level of professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. J.Lacourse Carpentry is extremely reliable and every interaction that we have had with them has been nothing but pleasant.

We worked with John Lacourse for the better part of a year before he started construction on our new home. When construction started he only took 4 months to build right from the ground up. His quality of workmanship was excellent. He is well respected by the trades and they came as and when needed which made the difference between a long construction timeline vs a short time line. He was 100% accurate in his pricing. Never more than a few minutes away by text, phone or email and responded with a positive and friendly attitude. He gave us ample notice of expected timelines and stuck to them. All of his sub trades were pleasant to deal with. Nothing but compliments coming from this new home owner. This was the first home I ever built and John was very patient with respect to handling tons of questions and helping to educate me.
